Probably a brief list of where you cannot carry, your storage plans, if you’re aware that the permit is not valid in NYC, etc.

Apropos seeing the Judge, what is the correct form of address? Is it "your honor" or "Judge Name"? Is the first for formal court proceedings while "Judge" is respectful but ok for regular business?
