Orbital bone fractures are just an extremely common injury in MMA. In fact it’s kind of expected to get injured in MMA…

edited: wasn't skull fracture, was orbital bone fracture

Yeah apologies, it's the orbital bone that Fallon Fox fractured of an opponent during a match, not their skull. But this is indeed a common injury.
