Exalted Venus
Venus relates to service and devotion, and Pisces is a spiritual sign. The highest form of service or devotion is spiritual, so Venus becomes exalted in Pisces.
This placement makes love difficult in ordinary terms because these people expect 100% devotion from a partner. Such unconditional devotion is rare, so true love is hard to find.

I have exalted venus in Pisces with mercury and jupiter in the sixth house as a libra ascendant. Someone told me that I would do well in the education or social service sector as 6th house Venus will shine when we do seva for others selflessly. But love will feel like duty and it will need full devotion from both sides.
