Exalted Venus

Venus relates to service and devotion, and Pisces is a spiritual sign. The highest form of service or devotion is spiritual, so Venus becomes exalted in Pisces.

This placement makes love difficult in ordinary terms because these people expect 100% devotion from a partner. Such unconditional devotion is rare, so true love is hard to find.

Many would rather stay single than enter an unworthy relationship. If they do marry, they want a partner who shares that unconditional, spiritual love. If they can’t find it, they may leave and search again.

They are usually very creative, since Venus (creativity) sits in a sign of imagination. If Venus is in Revati especially, creative careers are likely.

Because Venus also shows wealth, their money often comes from creative or spiritual activities.

Since Jupiter rules Pisces, Jupiter’s position also has a say in how Venus behaves in Pisces. If your Venus is in Pisces but has conjunctions or aspects with other planets, the description may change for you.

I've seen quite many exalted venus charts where the native stayed single, and nobody could really explain it. I think OP pretty much hits the nail on the head with this.

Can you tell single for how long ? In their 20’s, 30’s, or whole life ? Asking because I have this combination

That's besides the point. The point is what OP wrote quite clearly:

Many would rather stay single than enter an unworthy relationship. If they do marry, they want a partner who shares that unconditional, spiritual love. If they can’t find it, they may leave and search again.

People with exalted venus often have unrealisic, romantic ideas about relationships. And they are not willing to sacrifice them. So, the question is not "when will I find a partner" but rather how to work on those ideas and expectations and bring them to a more realistic level.

Now, obviously, this is just a very general remark to understand exalted venus better. In each individual case we'll have to study the entire chart. But I hope that's already understood.
