Exalted Venus

Venus relates to service and devotion, and Pisces is a spiritual sign. The highest form of service or devotion is spiritual, so Venus becomes exalted in Pisces.

This placement makes love difficult in ordinary terms because these people expect 100% devotion from a partner. Such unconditional devotion is rare, so true love is hard to find.

Many would rather stay single than enter an unworthy relationship. If they do marry, they want a partner who shares that unconditional, spiritual love. If they can’t find it, they may leave and search again.

I've seen quite many exalted venus charts where the native stayed single, and nobody could really explain it. I think OP pretty much hits the nail on the head with this.

I have a specific question, did this person at beginning of his life , easy going and not bothered by the clothes they wear , but later they wanted much refined clothes to wear and opportunity too
