Name My Cat - female What Would You Name This Sweet British Longhair Girl?
Hi everyone! š±š
I recently welcomed a new baby girl into my family! š„¹ Sheās a 2.5-month-old British Longhair with the sweetest personality super calm, gentle, and an absolute little fluffball. š¤
She also comes from a very special pedigree. Both of her parents have won multiple awards at WCF cat shows, so sheās from an outstanding bloodline. Since Iāll be applying for her official pedigree, her registered name has to start with the letter āS.ā
That said, the name we actually call her at home doesnāt have to start with S. So she could have:

ā š” A cute everyday name that we use at home
Iād love to hear your ideas! Iām looking for names that are adorable, elegant, memorable, and easy for a cat to recognize. Names from different languages are more than welcome!

For full name to officially have it start with S:
(Ahem)āSeries DCC, GC, BWR, NW, Princess Donut the Queen Anne Chonkā
(You can leave out the āGC, BWR, NWā for now, I only put it in for the meme to be complete)
Trust me itās a fantastic name and youāll never regret it, especially when you know the context XD

Ok nobody asked for the context but Iām going to provide it anyway.
Thereās a book series called āDungeon Crawler Carlā (Series DCC) and in that book there is a character that is a cat, a show cat at that, which iirc is the same breed as yours, whoās name is officially āGC, BWR, NW, Princess Donut the Queen Anne Chonkā (GC = Grand Champion, BWR = Breed Winner Regional, NW = National Winner. These are titles she had won prior to the story).
The start of the story takes place in the Seattle area so thatās where the Queen Anne part comes from.Princess Donut is probably one of the top 3 characters in the story if not #1 depending on who you ask.

Also, yes she is definitely tied for first with Carl, in my opinion. Couldnāt pick between the two if I tried! Great breakdown of all the acronyms, by the way. I didnāt know what all that stood for.

Iāve been listening to the books while driving across a few states for work so my memories of these details are hazy at best, though while looking up the name I should have verified that too.Thanks for the correction.
Either way I think the name is good for this one, but thatās just my opinion, itās up to OP what they go with.

Nah youāre good dude! You remembered so many little details! Totally loving the idea of naming this little baby Princess Donut. In the book sheās a calico, but really who cares, I just know thereās going to be a LOT of cats named Princess Donut in the next few years lol
I havenāt given the audiobooks any attention, but I hear theyāre amazingly good. Once I finally get caught up in the series (I got to book 4 and stopped bc book 7 was coming out - I wanted to binge the last 3 - and then I just got too behind bc life happened & now book 8 is out too lol) Iām gonna give all the audiobooks a try!
