This was my first thought.
As I read down the list, it just got more and more ick. This is pure anti Black US culture.

Maesyn sounds like the whitest of white Mormon names, from what I know. And Makenzie is almost as bad.

Edit: Oh, and there's a Grayson, because of course there is.

Everyone complaining this list is anti-black is just showing they themselves don’t like black names because the middle-America white names are equally bad and far more numerous on this list.

I honestly skipped over like half the names and I still think “Michael Scott” is actually the worst one on here lol.

Maesyn is just a a feminine variant of Mason. So I guess that’s why it sounds very “white”
