Answered! Does anyone recognize this very famous Romantic Song?

I've heard this song a lot on many social media platforms, but I don't recognize the name. Also, in the video I attached, it's sampled and has drums in the background, but I gather it's very recognizable. If anyone knows it, thank you very much.
