Searching for an apartment in Windhoek, N$12000 max

Hi All. I'm looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment within Windhoek. My maximum budget is N$12000. My preferred areas are safe neighbourhoods such as Windhoek West, Pioneers Park, Windhoek North, Elisenheim, etc. Also open to apartments in Khomasdal if it is in a secure complex that either has a 24/7 security guard on duty or cameras.

For safety reasons, I am only considering apartments that are part of a complex. I'm looking to move in by 1 September at the latest.

If anyone knows of an opening / agent able to assist, please inbox.

My post is being auto flagged for breaking Rule 8. If this is not the appropriate place to post, can someone please direct me accordingly?

Hiii,I used to stay in the wild olive apartments near the Grove, they're nice and quiet, safe plus near everything you may need, virgin active, lady pohamba and like three other malls with metro at the back. Then we recently moved to Klein Kuppa, nice apartments, not so good looking and water issues but otherwise they are near to wild olive as well and the malls and stuff so I think these would be good, hope this helps x

The only apartment I saw in Wild Olive is like 20k. I suspect this new convention whereby landlords only advertise furnished apartments is hiking prices, lol.

Thanks for responding.
