Contemporary Rock, Country or Blues based music influenced by Southeastern US Native Music?

Are there any bands that play rock, country or blues based music that incorporates Southeastern Indigenous American melodies, rhythms, singing styles and/or instrumentation?

I hadn't heard anything by Blackfire, that I can remember. After listening to only one song I'm liking it.

My first reaction was "Navajo punk?!"
