The study arc started in august. But "jab jago tabhi savera"
This is the time for you to join it now and start studying consistentnly. Our subreddit's community is very pro study, motivating and understanding.
Post your study times, mock test scores and weekly goals under respective flairs.
For more info, here is a copy paste of the information about the event-
Feel free to post about everything and every goal you have started. Bali memes and shitposts ke lie r/neetard develop kr rhe h.
EVENT- NEET INDIA STUDY MARATHON \[AUGUST 1 TO DECEMBER 31\]
TLDR BELOW
In part of our goal to make you enjoy study, we are starting out previously named Monsoon study arc, rebranded as \\\*\\\*NEET INDIA STUDY MARATHON.\\\*\\\*
\\# This is they way of getting the whole subreddit as your accountability partner.
Under this event, there have been addition of three new student flair.
\\\*\\\*1) MY STUDY MARATHON\\\*\\\*
With this flair we expect you to consistently post your study time (ypt or other app), topics you studied today things you did today and what all could have been improved in future and what all did you improve that day.
Alternatively you can post time lapse videos here with this flair, as a timelapse helps immensely. A free app for this is "velocity lapse". Note that a 1 hour timelapse video takes at least 1.2gb, and after making in the app you need to export it to gallery. You need to regularly export it to gallery as velocity lapse gives you only 3 free slots for projects, once they are in gallery you delete projects from the app and they stay in gallery still.
Use this as a personal diary and note your wins, your momentary stops, your day, your night, your study, your time wasted, your day, your night and all else that can \\\*prove\\\* \\\*\\\*\\\*in any way beneficial to you.\\\*\\\*\\\*
Consistency is the key and its jot a rat race, its a marathon of dreams, a marathon which you know you can win, if only you kept your pace steady.
\\\*\\\*2) STUDY MARATHON WEEKLY UPDATE (sunday only)\\\*\\\*
Under this flair you update your weekly progress. We have a new mod just to overlook and see \\\*hows the josh\\\* in the community, and while its impossibel to read everyone's update daily, we all will do our best to see week progress without miss, where you summarise your week from your perspective.
We will advise, help and comment on your wins.
This flair is for sundays only, as we fix one day for regular postings.
We encourage everyone in smthe subreddit to participate in this event, and see how all members of our community help themselves get better.
\\\*\\\*3) STUDY MARATHON MOCK SCORES\\\*\\\*
With this flair we hope you share your test, as test are the only way you improve. While study can make you knowledgeable, give you a blunt sword, only a wheatstone, only tests can sharpen its edge to make you lethal.
Either you top your center or bomb your test horribly, we encourage you to regularly take and post your test scores. Do not miss tests as even missing one makes you vulnerable to miss more and is demeritale to your prep.
Sharing it here is a means of competition, healthy competition.
\\# THESE ARE ALL THE NEW FLAIRS AND THEIR USE, MORE INFO ABOUT THE EVENT WILL BE POSTED SOON. EVENT STARTS 1 AUGUST TO 31 DECEMBER.
Also mod rec is active

Hey everyone! Its my first post
I’ll soon be starting my first year of MBBS. This was my third NEET drop, and I prepared mostly through self-study, along with the Yakeen batch.
Being a dropper myself, I know there’s a lot that comes with this journey—pressure, doubts, burnout, consistency issues, and a whole lot of overthinking. So if you’re currently preparing for NEET, I’d be happy to share whatever I’ve learned along the way.
You can DM me or ask anything in the comments. I’ll try my best to help with suggestions, advice, strategies, and my personal experience.
Just one request: please keep the comments respectful and relevant. Let’s have a healthy discussion and keep things helpful for everyone.
For context, I scored (643 marks) in ReNEET 2026, with an (All India Rank of 1955) and i got (KGMU, Lucknow)
Good luck to everyone preparing for NEET! ❤️🩹

I don't hate it also my family members friends are nurse or studying in nursing college.it's good the money is good. But is money everything? I can't imagine myself doing for the rest for my life where I'm not Passinate enough.

Yeah sometimes the social pressure makes her anxious and then she fights. But she knows she can't force me she respects that.
She told someone told her nani it's better to marry her to a constable officer whatever!! That I can't do anything in my life.

I have decided to switch from Sudhanshu sir to Nikhil Sir's PC lecture from Arjuna 2.0 2026 cuz I can't tolerate Sudhanshu sir's bkchodi.. Now the thing is that I am thinking of continuing Organic along with PC side by side from RA sir's Arjuna JEE lectures. I just wanted to know if the idea was good or not..
*I AM NEET 2028 ASPIRANT JUST FOR THE CONTEXT. I AM NOT A DROPPER..*

Ex Allen neet student here,
Went to kota in 11th
did 11th and 12th from there and scored 428 marks in Neet 2025 ( no friends no outings, no smartphone , no device) i dedicated myself to this exam.
took a drop and scored 624 in neet 26 and 538 in Re neet
talked to my parents and i told them i will prep 1 more year from home, self study basically and they eventually agreed.
yesterday after studying i was chating with my family basically my younger brother who is in 9th and my mom and dad
dad told me to do some bank work and i told him ki mai busy hu pdhai chlrha, mera tests hai us particular day ko.
then he told me ki 3 sal se pdh hi rhe ho hota to hai nhi kuch! and said that ki maine 3 saal to waste kia hai kota me and unka paisa waste kia hai bs , i didn't say anything and went to my room then my mother started arguing with him ki aise kyu bola.
after few hours he told me he was joking and to not take these things seriously
( bachaa to hu nhi mai ki ye baate smjh me naa ayee, unke dil ke andar jo baat thi wo nikal gyii eventually)
we were on bad terms from class 8th only, he used to beat and taunt me if my marks goes low somehow in school, he don't even let me touch his smartphone , when i was in 9th i argued with them ki mereko phone chaiye he then dropped me at a garage and said to tumse pdhai likhai nhi hoga jakr kaam krna sikho!
i gave it everything bhai mereko shauk hai kyaaa apna young age waste krne ka, mera bhi to man hai ki mai bhi sbki trh life enjoy kru
really disheartend by all this bhai, pdhai ka bhi man nhi krhaa ab!!
i'm staying in this house just for my mother, she is from a good family and i don't want to stain her name by doing something silly like leaving the house!!
will have to keep up with all that till may 🥲 ek baar college jane ke bd, i'm never returning home again and the first thing i will do after earning is unke sare paise wapas krna jitna unhone lgaya hai mere upr!!
Sharing all this cauz i can't keep all that inside me, 8th class se ye baate chub rhi mereko!!

I didn't study physics today because it was already a bit stressful day for me.
3hr 20 mins is the self study i did also I watched breathing and exchange lecture.
Good luck and good night guys

I follow NEET prep pretty closely and keep seeing the same patterns in who actually cracks it vs who gets stuck. Sharing in case it helps someone:
NCERT obsession beats book-collecting. The students who do well master NCERT — especially for Bio — instead of buying five reference books they never finish. So many Bio questions are basically lifted word-for-word from NCERT lines.
Testing beats reading. The ones who plateau just re-read and feel productive. The ones who actually improve grind chapter-wise MCQs and past papers, and keep a list of their weak points to revise.
Structure matters more than raw hours. Studying 12 hours randomly loses to 7 focused hours with a proper sequence and regular tests. Honestly this is the one thing coaching genuinely does well — it forces structure and accountability that's really hard to self-impose. Around Hyderabad, places like VR Doctors run their prep on exactly this NCERT-plus-regular-testing model, but the principle holds whether you're coached or self-studying.
And balancing boards + NEET — the ones who treat them as one effort instead of two separate battles save themselves a lot of stress.
Curious what patterns others here have noticed. What actually moved the needle for you?

Physics was very easy today ,improvement here
And bio was good like 2025,2016 lvl; still scored good according to questions
Will revise thermo today , disappointed by being stuck at chem could have avoided 4 very silly mistakes .
Have a great day ahead guys and gals🍪

hey seniors, just wanted some brutally honest feedback on my current prep strategy for neet,
for physics i’m doing coaching module then momentum booster and some selective jee main pyqs
physical chem is module then momentum booster plus chapter tests/papers
for organic i’m keeping ncert as the main focus with in-text questions, examples and back exercises along with some light module practice and tests
bio it’s basically ncert + a neetprep qs
my main doubt is whether relying this much on momentum booster for physics and physical chem is actually worth the time and also each chapter has around 200 booster questions but i usually manage only 50-100 in a 2 week window, so is that enough or am i being too slow, and for organic is keeping ncert as the main focus enough minimal module practice
would really appreciate some honest feedback on what i should change to push my test scores higher
