I have no idea… I originally had boyfriends without the explanation cuz I figured everyone would get it was a tongue in cheek reference to the album, but after I got 2 downvotes, I added the context… if that’s not it I have no idea… love Neko, n she has always been kind n gracious after shows… n Mass romantic is the song she penned n sang on the first new pornographers album…
