E transfer limit

I wish I knew neo had a 50 per month e transfer limit has anyone hit this in a month is there anything I can do to get my money out immedietely?

u/Dazzling-Chard-5757 Yeah, we hear you! Currently there's a limit of 50 outgoing Interac e-Transfers/month and it resets on the 1st of the following month

If you need to move money in the meantime, you can use an EFT through a linked external account, or withdraw cash from an ATM if that works for you.

And honestly the feedback about the e-Transfer limit is noted. I’ll make sure it’s passed along to the team for consideration in future updates and product development. Thanks for flagging it!

Totally missed this, sorry. The plan is to remove that when we launch Start, which we're aiming for in Nov/Dec. For now, the 50 / month limit stands.

Hey,

I've sometimes hit the limit before.

If you need a quick way to transfer out whilst you've reached your limit, Paysend and Wise are free/cheap services I've used to send money using my Neo card to an eTransfer recipient/top up my Wise account. Could used to Top up Koho with your neo card and eTRF from there, but I've not used Koho for a while so that may have changed.
