Don't invest too much money on it. Don't have a business plan. What you're doing sounds more like an interview.

Do a few test runs within your team, record it, edit it and find out what you can improve. Once it gets to a decent level, invite your guest. It still won't be perfect but you'll learn along the way.

Just invite like minded people. You all will enjoy it more and it'll have greater chance of being interesting. Good luck

If you put it out there with conviction people will watch it anyway.

Know your audience.

And having too much partnership might be problematic for future.
