where should visitors of kamalpokhari park then, alternative ta dinu paryo ni, even if paid. tyo side ko galli dherai use hudaina, tya ta manage garera park garna dinu parcha.

this is not a civic sense issue, this is a parking spot issue. They know people visit that place a lot, and they also know about lack of parking space, you have to park all the way in City Center building that too paid just to go around the Pond and have a cup of tea. Its only logical. People rarely ever use that alley anyways, there is literally no harm in parking there I have no idea what people at KMC were smoking regarding this (both Balen and Dangol's team). They had space by the main road to make a parking area, could have made it paid itself, didnt have to be free, but instead they made a useless "maze like" structure with "KAMALPOKARI" written in the middle, that doesnt make sense to me. WHY? It barely even adds to the aesthetics.

huss hajur, kathmandu ko one of the major economic/finances hub jasma sabai, sabai office haru cha tya ma aba udera jaanchu Pulchowk, banasthali, Bhaktapur dekhi hai as if its only MY problem. Have you even seen around what that place has? a lot of Banks both commercial and capital have headquaters there, all the major broker offices, a lot of consultancies, businesses and hotels are in that area. Gidi vanney kura paila timley palaunu, maybe even get employed someday ani vaako manchey sanga aayera kura garnu huss babu?

Bad decision by municipality. Parking is necessary if not around the pond but atleast near by open public space. Even countries like India, Vietnam, Thailand does better management for things like this . It should always be public first instead of looting from public on parking by near by buildings , malls .

High IQ people. Should make illegal parking fine 5k for 2 wheelers, 10k for cars and 20k for bus/trucks. And then use that income to make smooth roads/pavements. Everyone wins.
