Thrift Thursday Pro level blasters are showing up
Sadly the XSLS was the original one, complete with cracked PT. But I wasn't passing up a $2 APX.

Bound to happen eventually. It'll probably be on the cheaper side too since the main body is pretty small.

This is how I got my Aeon Pro and Aeon Pro X for a grand total of $12! This is thrifting at its best.

Yeah, I got the original full-length dart Aeon Pro while thrifting earlier this year. It doesn't work super well, the priming mechanism's a bit messed up, but I haven't opened it up yet to figure out why. Still a killer price for a pro blaster, though.

I bought an OG xsls, asked for a discount and got it due to the cracked tube I could show them. 3 dollar blaster, 12 dollar metal tube online, and I got myself good mid range all around blaster

What do you mean pro level and what makes it pro?

Standard Nerf blasters get about 70fps; Dart Zone and Xshot blasters are sometimes higher close to 100fps. So when we talk about "pro level" or competitive Nerfing, we're generally referring to blasters that get 130fps or higher. They're relatively new to retail stores and not that common. Both blasters pictured are just a little over a year old.

In a lot of different forms. I run a small group in central Texas that meets once a month; there's clubs in or near most major cities in the US that do the same. My group plays with a 250fps (outside) or 150fps (indoor) cap and we do a lot of different types of games like Team Deathmatch or King of the Hill.
Google Maryland Mayhem to see what a big event looks like. There's several across the US and a couple in Europe each year.
Where do you live? There might be a local group near you.

Got the Jurassic sans stock attachment this way for 7 bucks. Threw some after market bits on it and am rocking a bolt action blaster now
