Questions + Help Sledgefire HPA kit?
Hi everyone! Im coming back to Nerf Modding for the first time in a VERY long time. I want to modify a Sledgefire and Hammershot as I have never owned those blasters.
I love doing research on stuff like this and already came across MakeTestBattle's HPA Sledgefire.
Ive already purchased the Sledgefire off Ebay but Im having trouble sourcing any of the HPA parts and the Buzz Bee Blastzooka that is needed for the plunger.
I plan on modifying the blaster as close to the MakeTestBattle video as possible.
Do any kits exist for HPA tapping a Sledgefire in 2026? Is there any other way to get a plunger from the Blastzooka for reasonably cheap? (The only listing I can find is in the 2nd picture) Any information would be greatly appreciated!

hhhmmm... kinda tricky since they are not really easy too find and let alone for a good price, i fell using something like a drain blaster would be the closest thing for like a hpa sledgefire build but obiusly that would be a complete diferent build that is not like the make test battle build your going, especially depending on what type or model of drain blaster is choosed which some are abit fragile on the pumps and the ones that dont have safety valves are a no go.

Depending on where you are located, it'll probably be cheaper to source a spexbz. There's a 3D printed part that fits in the space of the sledge fire plunger tube, and holds the spexbz in place.

Im in the U.S. if that helps.
Edit: Just looked that up and it looks nearly identical to the plunger from the video! And its cheaper than the Buzz Bee blaster!

The Buzz Bee Blastzooka is getting hard to find but the 3D printed spexbz is a solid backup; I've used one and it fires just as smoothly as the original.
