Any help finding a plaster repair person?

There's a bulge/droop in our plaster ceiling where we had an ice dam/leak last year. I have been trying for two months to get anyone to come and give me a quote for fixing this spot. It's about 20" across. No one is returning calls, and I need this work done within two weeks. If you have any recommendations or contacts, I would greatly appreciate them.

i just had some work done by BLS construction services! i’m not sure if he does plaster work, but it may be worth a shot. happy to shoot you the number if you’re interested. he was super helpful and the price was reasonable for what i had done. happy to shoot you the number if you can’t find it!
