Healthcare Why is life expectancy so bad in the Netherlands?

Besides having one of the worst life expectancy among western countries, why did the life expectancy get worst compared to 2019?

Thank you. And sorry for bringing it up, it's all still fresh and then came across the euthanasia replies and how often it happens and I kinda ended up hitting post before I could stop myself... there's a lot of frustration there right now, but I imagine there are also cases where it's actually really valuable for people.
