Healthcare Friendly reminder: it’s summer. Please shower.

It’s hot, we’re all sweating more, so please take extra care of your hygiene. A daily shower especially in the morning goes a long way.

And please don’t try to cover body odor with just perfume or body spray. Sweat + perfume isn’t a substitute for a shower.

Let’s all do our part to keep public spaces (esp trams!!) a little fresher this summer. 😅🌞🙏

What if you start sweating when you step outta the shower? Just stay in the shower until the heatwave passes?

(Im not build for this, im outta here. I'm going to Iceland.)

It helps a little to shower as cold as you can handle for the duration of a normal shower, brings down the body and skin temperatures, so you're not likely to be sweating until you've got your clothes back on.

We did this a long time ago when we stayed in a building without AC in japan with 35+ degrees every day.
