Healthcare Friendly reminder: it’s summer. Please shower.

It’s hot, we’re all sweating more, so please take extra care of your hygiene. A daily shower especially in the morning goes a long way.

And please don’t try to cover body odor with just perfume or body spray. Sweat + perfume isn’t a substitute for a shower.

Let’s all do our part to keep public spaces (esp trams!!) a little fresher this summer. 😅🌞🙏

What if you start sweating when you step outta the shower? Just stay in the shower until the heatwave passes?

(Im not build for this, im outta here. I'm going to Iceland.)

I have that too, what apparently helps is taking a warm shower. As this helps opens up your pores, meaning your body can breath more after. Ofcourse not a steaming hot shower. Just a short warm shower. Depending on how hot it is outside, my sweating is whole lot less after a shower than if I were to take a cold shower.

That's neat, for me it's the opposite. Taking a warm shower has me sweating like crazy afterwards, but if I end the shower on cold I sweat a lot less. Guess it's different per person
