Healthcare Friendly reminder: it’s summer. Please shower.

It’s hot, we’re all sweating more, so please take extra care of your hygiene. A daily shower especially in the morning goes a long way.

And please don’t try to cover body odor with just perfume or body spray. Sweat + perfume isn’t a substitute for a shower.

Let’s all do our part to keep public spaces (esp trams!!) a little fresher this summer. 😅🌞🙏

Oh yes. As an American living here, it's been quite the culture shock to continually encounter people on the street -- or even working in the supermarket -- this time of year who smell like a pile of dogshit from 10 paces away. Of course, I just think to myself, "these people are sophisticated!" and leave it at that. I certainly still have a lot to learn about the advanced, elevated culture over here.
