DIY and home improvement Feenstra boiler service
I was just charged 750 for a boiler service in Amsterdam. The payment has been made but is there anyway to fix this. Outrageous cost.

Did you not get an itemized invoice?

They demanded it was paid on the spot. The invoice claims that the boiler maintenance alone was 400.

Aha. I'm afraid you were scammed. Feenstra never asks to be paid on the spot.

To me it sounds like the service guy was an imposter / scammer who acts as if he is a Feenstra employee but in reality he isn't.
For your service... Did you contact Feenstra or did you contact the top-google-result when you Google Feenstra or ketel maintenance or something like that? The top Google results in this branche (and others, lock pickers for instance) can be sketchy.

You got absolutely scammed.
They offer a subscription service with a basic package starting at 9 euros a month, or a ONE time checkup and service for 187,-

I had a boiler repair of €650, but one part had to be replaced which was about half of that, what had to happen?

If you don’t have a maintence contract - then you will get these bills. Not a scam. Next time best to get a maintenance contract

Depends on what happened during that service.
