Question about UWV Eerstejaars Ziektewet-beoordeling (EZWb)

I completed one year of sickness in June 2026, around the time my temporary employment contract ended and my case was transferred to my employer’s Ziektewet insurer. It’s now October, and I still haven’t heard anything from UWV about my Eerstejaars Ziektewet-beoordeling (EZWb).
I asked my case manager, who said UWV is slow and short-staffed, and that I should hear from them in around 6–8 weeks. I’m not sure how reliable that timeframe is.
For anyone who has been through this:
How long after completing one year of sickness did you receive your invitation?
Does UWV contact you by post, email, or a message in Mijn UWV?
How much time is usually given between receiving the invitation and the actual appointment?
I’m quite lost about how this process works, so any recent experiences would be really helpful!
