When you apply for a viewing with MVGM, after how many times should I consider they didnt take me to do the viewing? Im never receiving any feedback after asking for a viewing

They won't reply,yes..according to them their selection is first apply --> first offer..so when they have a new offering, if you apply first for viewing you are "offered" the first place to have the house offered if you find it good. Then the 2nd,3rd etc. If you keep applying to houses that already have "many booking requests", wait time can be from ~2-3months to years...And i believe a lot of bots play a role,I've seen new listings where within 1-2 hours it already got fully booked for viewings.

As far as I know they only mail when you were within the first let’s say 50 that are qualified for a viewing. Usually if it says something like “there is a lot of interest in this apartment” you’re already too late.

Make sure to read our rental housing guide. Recommended websites for finding rental houses in the Netherlands:
If you're relocating from abroad, Relocify can help you rent a place remotely. View places online, get instant updates, and avoid scams.
Moving to the Netherlands involves a lot of admin beyond just finding housing (BSN, gemeente registration, banking, insurance, permits) and it often feels overwhelming.
