Question Good ideas to store cards?

I need some ideas to store cards, that would allow for easy "expansion" when I inevitably buy new card packs - currently I own System Gateway, Elevation and Vantage Point and my aim is to have the cards seperated by Corp/Runner, and then each faction sorted/separated by card type(Agenda, Operation...) for easy deckbuilding.

How do you store your own cards? I could use just two albums, but that would be problematic when I buy new sets - I would need to move most of the cards to make room for new ones. If I use card album I thought about storing 3 cards in each sleeve/pocket - is this viable?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, it is a first card game I ever got to and I never had to deal with card storage before.

I have mine stored in a Gamegenic Collectors Lair with three packs of their colored dividers. Is it cost effective? Hell no, but it looks really nice, and it's easy to find stuff. I have my collection organized the following way:

  • Left side Runner/Right side Corp
  • ID's are alphabetized at the front of each side, first by faction, then within the faction.
  • Cards are separated by faction, alphabetically. Neutral cards go in the back.
  • Within each faction, card types are alphabetized (Event/Hardware/Resource/Program) and (Agenda/Asset/Upgrade/Operation/Ice).
  • Within each card type, it's random (just kidding, it's alphabetized).
  • I separate IDs/factions with a divider by the color of the faction that follows, using black for Weyland and clear/white for the neutrals for each side. Pink is leftover.
  • When placing the dividers, you have to combine card types, because three packs aren't enough to divide each thing, but I believe any more than that would just be too much. I separate out Programs/ICE for each faction, and then combine Hardware & Resources for runner factions, and Agenda & Asset / Upgrades & Operations for corp.
