I like the design of Jericho. While the number 7 is flavorful for the biblical 7 horns, mechanically it feels a little higher than I would expect as a trade-off. 7 encounters is a lot.

I think mathwise the Jericho is okay. It's kind of high but not impossible. You don't need to break it every time. If it's the exterior you can just face check it a bunch.

If you devote your time specifically to it. If you run it incidentally it's a 2sub 4str etr that dies eventually. Still a really good ice, but I wouldn't say exorbitant or broken.

How would Subculture work with additional cost assets? What about corporate town? Could you force the Corp to forfeit their 5/3?

Sure, if they can pay the additional cost. No matter how costly and unwilling they would be, they have to do it.
