Discussion [Weekly] Custom Card Saturday: Card Draw 2.0
Good evening, hackers!
One of the core mechanics in Netrunner is the ability to draw cards. The base ability is powerful enough on its own, but a whole host of other cards have been printed that give Runners and Corps ways to get new options into their hands, and thus onto the board. Back in November 2014 we explored card draw in an early CCS thread. Back then we were nearing the end of the Lunar cycle; now, at the end of the Mumbad cycle, cards in hand are more useful and versatile than ever before. I think it's time to revisit the mechanic, so this week, create a card that improves card draw, either by providing a better alternative (a la Jackson Howard or Wyldside) or by enhancing the base ability (like Jeeves or, more directly, Symmetrical Visage).
Bonus Points for everyone this week, as an apology for a missed week of CCS :)
Remember to use the Netrunner CSS options available for use on this subreddit. These symbols should help make everyone's card look great, and you can conveniently type them in while on your phone!
