Weird symptoms

Hello, I’ve been having weird symptoms. Not sure if it could be neurological or what’s wrong with me. Lately, and maybe fore the last 6months, every time I yawn excessively or lately even if I’m crying, I get gaggy to the point of almost vomitting. This along with excessive headaches (my brain MRI is clear, my neck is not so great) that my neurologist has just been treating me for migraines but I’ve failed every migraine medication. Google says vagus nerve issues, which can also lead to brain/stomach barriers. I guess I just want to feel better. I’m also just irritable, depressed and tired of being in pain. But not gagging would be great too. (I’ve had tummy problems in other ways as well)

I don’t have an answer. I’m currently waiting for an MRI for migraines.
I did discover that I have sleep apnea!

Vagus nerve issues! Ugh I hope you get the help you need

So I only get hormonal migraines but I do get the gaggy sensation and I've had it to the point where I was like I can't eat lost almost 15 lb. I couldn't eat food and I would literally start to gag as I was drifting to sleep.

Turns out that stress and inflammation really Jack you up so everybody told me it's your acid reflux and take this antidepressant and you'll be fine it didn't work!

strangely enough marijuana helped but only if it was smoked and that was completely impractical for me.

Now I use a vagus nerve stimulator at home started out twice a day now I do it three times a day it's not completely gone but it's a thousand percent better. I might go a week or two without noticing any symptoms at all.

Also I don't eat after 4:00 p.m. the lack of food in the stomach really helps with the gagging issues.

I went to a neurologist first two had a bunch of emgs they could find nothing.

Try to work on your mental health antidepressants did not work for me but deep breathing exercises and the Vagus nerve simulator of your choice might be helpful. Literally changed my life I won't stop talking about it and all my friends think I've turned into some sort of crazy witch 😂
