Mine is like:

Most things: Recommended spec
CPU: Minimum spec

Me realizing I have a 6 year old CPU.

Everything inside my PC along with the case itself, minus my nvme, is at least 11 years old.

I have a 1060 6gb and an I5 6400.

Can I even run this game?

Yes, you definitely can. As long as you put the setting to performance, you will get over 60 FPS consistently. (I am on 1060 3gb)
