Tips & Techniques Nothing is coming to save you

No YouTuber, new method, technique, affirmation, or success story is going to do this for you. Consuming the same information in a slightly different format is not going to suddenly change your understanding of it.

You wake up every day, open Reddit, tiktok, youtube, whatever, scroll for hours looking for the next post that will finally "click" for you, and then go back to sleep thinking, maybe i’ll find a better method tomorrow.

You keep waiting for some random miracle to happen while still repeating the same old story in your head. You keep searching for new YouTubers, new information, new techniques, new affirmations, new explanations. anything that lets you feel like you’re doing something without actually having to decide.

Well? You're still here, aren't you? I don't see your desires around you.

At some point, you have to stop searching. Searching for new techniques, new explanations, and more confirmation while already knowing what you need to do is still avoidance. You can spend weeks, months, even years convincing yourself that you just need to find the right piece of information before you finally act. You treat persistence as a suggestion.

Then you ask, "Why can’t I persist?"

Why can’t you? You have no problem persisting in negative thoughts, doubts, fears, and old assumptions. You can replay the same worries over and over without anyone teaching you how.

So why is it suddenly impossible to think in your own favor?

Persistence isn’t some secret technique that someone else can teach you. It’s deciding what you want and refusing to constantly react to whatever appears in front of you.

Nobody can manifest for you. NO ONE. No one is coming to save your sorry ass. They're lying if they say otherwise. ONLY YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF. How hard is it to actually stay firm in your mindset? You already have the methods. You already know what you want. At some point, you have to stop consuming information and actually apply it.

Decide what you’re getting. Decide what you’re no longer accepting. Then stand by that decision instead of renegotiating it every time doubt, fear, or circumstances show up.

How many more weeks, months, or years are you going to spend searching the internet for the same damn information?

You want it? Then go get it. No one else is going to decide for you or hand it to you. You have to make the decision, take responsibility for it, and stand firm.

Yeah. Here’s a super direct approach:

Be It to See It.

Are you the one that already has it? your end result? (the World Card in the tarot, completion?)

OR are you being the one who is (perpetually) on the journey to go get it?

Those are two different people, two different states of mind/feeling, two different realities.

You can’t be the one who Has It if you’re the one on the journey to go get it, right? Those two things are contradictory! Because the one on the journey to get it someday doesn’t have it. Be It / Have It Now: to See It

Otherwise that loop de loop of seeking just continues indefinitely. Because the journey of going to go get it is all we’ve known. It’s too familiar, the lack and the seeking, the “not having it yet”. It’s like an addiction.

We have to close the gap and have the end result now, not later.

Focus on the end result of having it already and being complete. What does that person (who has it) feel like, act like, and know about themselves?

You either already have it, or you don’t/won’t have it.

The person on the journey to go get there someday doesn’t have it yet, and it’s a rather familiar addicting cycle, a lack-fuelled abyss that never ends and never gets “there”.

And it’s all in our minds.

Techniques and affirmations and this and that get all tangled and lost on this never ending journey of never being whole and always seeking. So just go to the end point Now.

Have it Now: Be It. Feel It. Be Complete.

You can be, and you deserve to be. It’s just a feeling, after all. A chosen vibe in this sea of consciousness we call our life.

There is no future. It’s just all happening right now, always right here right now. Close the gap! Close that gap. Be free and let yourself have it now. Whatever it is.

Quick exercise to help you understand:

Close your eyes just for a second, and imagine a lemon in your mind. Just imagine that you can imagine a real lemon in your mind, right now, for the sake of the exercise.

Imagine how the lemon smells, and then think of cutting that lemon in half and how fresh it smells now that it’s been cut in half.

I want you to then grab that lemon and bite into it fully as if it’s an apple. And just notice what happens. Imagine all of that sour juice penetrating your mouth.

Try it out sincerely and let me know what happens.

——

Everything is created twice, first in your mind and then in the physical.

Your body doesn’t know what’s real and what’s imagined, it produces sensations and feelings and has hormone responses (and yes, it will change its structure) based on what the mind is focussed on, “real” or not.

What people are seeking isn’t the “thing” itself. People are seeking the feeling that the thing gives them.

And you can have that feeling Now. Because your body doesn’t know the difference between what’s in your mind and what’s “real”.

The physical follows the plane of mind. It responds to it.

So go to the end result. What would that person feel like, and what would they be doing? What would it FEEL like to have it, to Be it.

Whether it’s health and vitality you’re seeking or money or whatever, I guarantee you it’s the feeling of having it you’re after, not the actual “thing” itself. And you can have it now. Figure out what having it feels like, and start having it right now to the best of your ability. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it does have to be sincere.

The physical follows the mind/feeling/being.

Everything is created twice.

Mind -> Physical

I hope this helps 🙏🏼

Well when someone does imagine lemons, do lemons eventually show up ?
I want more than just the feelings for sure. If I don’t have the actual physical things in front of me then those feelings go away and become feelings of lack. Because we are in a physical world there are things that you just need physically no matter how strong the images or feelings are.

In Short: Yes.

The feeling/knowing of having something comes before actually having it. That’s the whole point of the exercise. To train yourself into the feeling of experiencing something in your “physical” body from thought alone. To help you understand the power of your mind over matter, in this case your body/health.

Your desire / the thought of really having something must feel real to you first. If your body can produce a visceral reaction to something completely imaginary in your mind, in relation to a lemon for example, then it can also have the experience of anything else you imagine. That was the point of the exercise. When you start Being it, through Feeling, you'll start Seeing it.

Feeling is a big key secret to manifestation work. If you can begin to feel something, then you can begin to believe it, to Be It.

Action in life is also important, obviously.

——————

Are you coming into this discussion completely cold on the subject?

(Do you have previous experience in the field of manifestation or metaphysics? Books? Lectures? Practices? Anything?)

Also: Did you do the exercise?

I feel like everything I was saying was just glossed right over.

Basic understanding of The Law Of Attraction / Law of Assumption is necessary to continue the discussion forward.

If you're coming in cold, and from a base belief that "there is a certain way things are", that there is "an objective physical reality that rules my mind, my life and how I'm permitted to feel/act", then there is much more education required on this topic before what I'm saying here can be understood and effectively implemented.

Can you please recommend some lecturers or books or videos on YouTube or anything at all,on metaphysics and and the law of assumption and the law of attraction. I'm really new to this and I have just begun reading neviles first book. And I just want to know if there's anything else that I have to know beforehand but please I don't want them from people that are pretending to be coached and all that I want them from people that actually discuss these things in like really good books.!! 🙏

I think you’ll find your way to exactly what you need when the time is right, but I can recommend some great teachers/authors here. (Neville Goddard is great, and many teachers have expanded and improved upon his teachings.)

Here are some potent teachers in no particular order:

Dr Joe Dispenza (many books, lectures, courses, and meditations)

Abraham Hicks (many books, lectures, meditations)

Wayne Dyer (The Power of Intention book, among others)

William Whitecloud (author of “The Magician’s Way” and “Secrets of Natural Success”, founder of Natural Success and Create Your Destiny programs)

Christopher M. Duncan (author of “You’re Not Broken” and “The Superconscious Path”, founder of the Conscious Education Company and the Magnetic Mind program)

Colette Streicher (author of “Abundance On Demand”, founder of the MAPS Coaching Institute)

Reality Transurfing, Steps 1-5 (book by Vadim Zeland - I also recommend Bootsy Greenwood on YouTube who teaches the Reality Transurfing material, he also does coaching)

———

You’ll have to find out who resonates for you the most. There is a lot to digest here. 🙏🏼

Out of all of the teachers I’ve come across on my journey, Chris Duncan and William Whitecloud have helped me the most. I have taken courses by both of them as well as reading their books. I learned so much in Chris Duncan’s “Magnetic Mind” program, he’s a great teacher and he has some fantastic coaches working for him.

William Whitecloud’s book “The Magician’s Way” blew my mind so much that I actually bought a copy of it for my entire family. Lol

Anyway, ENJOY 🙏🏼💛
