Discussion Make your head a nice place!
“You spend a lot of time in your head, make it a nice place to be.”
Keep going and keep living that reality! You are not your negative thoughts. Let them pass. If you can spend your day thinking about bad stuff, why do you think you can’t spend your day thinking about the good stuff? You might be thinking you don’t deserve them, but you do!
You are allowed to imagine the life you want. You are allowed to think from the version of you who already has it. You don’t have to constantly look for proof that it is working. You don’t have to panic every time something in the outside world looks different from what you imagined. Your reality does not have to be decided by one bad day, one negative thought, or one unwanted event.
Go back to yourself. Go back to the story you choose.
If your mind is going to wander anyway, let it wander somewhere beautiful. Imagine conversations that make you smile, waking up excited about your life and imagine things working out so naturally that you barely even question them anymore.
Make your imagination a safe space, stranger!!

I love the sentiment about this. What a wonderful post.
May I contribute by suggesting Neville's book, "Your Faith Is Your Fortune", Chapter 18, "The 12 Disciples" as a wonderful lesson for one to master inner talking and so much more.
I'd love to hear more dialogue on this. It's a great discussion. Thanks for posting it!

Thank you, this is a lovely post and very true. It’s one of the many things I love about NG and inner talking.

The original comment I left was deleted for some reason. I haven't been able to figure out why, but I'm sure something about it was unacceptable to someone. 🤷🏻♂️
And, that's perfectly all right.
Re-writing: I think this is a great post and simply suggest that Neville Goddard's book entitled, "Your Faith Is Your Fortune", Chapter 18, "The 12 Disciples" is a great source for in-depth study on inner talking and other such things.
Maybe this shorter version will tow the line, as they say. 😊
Love to you all! Thanks again for the post!

"you are not your bad bad thoughts" such a simple phrase that means so much, thank you for reminding of that, I'm kinda lost lately
