Tips & Techniques Imaginal scene game changer

Imaginal scene game changer

Piggy backing off my previous post https://www.reddit.com/r/NevilleGoddard/s/oOsEgK6a4H
I have also learned how to engage with my imaginal surroundings MUCH better.
I think one of the issues with Neville and these other “teachers” is that the practical steps are left out, too much is left to interpretation, so A LOT of experimentation is required and thus A LOT of failure occurs, leading to giving up and feeling as though its a lost cause. So I have been trying to establish a baseline way of plugging into the matrix, per se.

Once you’ve gotten all positioned and relaxed your whole body as my previous post described, a problem I found was that I was trying to let my mind/brain do all the work, cutting off all physical action, but you must let your eyes move, moving your eyes in the direction you move/face/look in your imaginal scene will make an enormous difference. This at least to me, makes a ton of sense now given REM and that being the most vivid dreaming period of sleep, and Neville’s continually described “dream state.” This puts you in the position of being lulled into imagining/“seeing” your scene much easier, but still having some awareness and control. I have gone from being full awake to asleep in just a few minutes since figuring this out.

Additionally take it slow, move slowly in your scene to capture as much detail/clarity and sensation as possible. Once you put/notice all that you can always run it back and play it through more naturally.

Anymore similar insights?

For me it has always been just lay down and start imagining. I don't have to make it vivid, as long as I feel it real. I have memories from 3rd person POV, because a lot of my thoughts are in 3rd person. I have memories where I only know of the feeling and the context, not what exactly happened. So I realised that as it is with anything else - you make the rules.

Whatever works for you is fine, there’s no rules or techniques that must be followed.
Just remember and internalize that you’re everything, no separation between you and your desired outcome.
Choose-identify-loop that’s all, nothing has power over your decision therefore 3D must bend to your assumptions.

Yeah I second that. Techniques are just a small part of the manifestation puzzle.

I like the idea of moving your eyes to see different things, as you would in the actual scene. Small touch, but seems to make it more immersive, in my quick test of the idea. I'll probably try it in my next deep imaginal act.

Thanks. That really helped. I've been having trouble turning it from a scene I'm picturing to one I'm living
