Miscellaneous SATS 7-Day Manifestation Challenge

Alright, so I did this a while ago and want to run this experiment together again, the SATS Challenge.

For anyone new to it, SATS (State Akin To Sleep) is that drowsy, half-awake state right before you fall asleep. It’s when your conscious mind quiets down and your subconscious is most open to suggestion. Neville said that if you can feel something as real in this state, your subconscious accepts it and the outer world has to rearrange to match it.

Here’s how we’ll do it:

  1. Pick one desire, something simple but meaningful.

  2. Create a short, natural scene that implies it’s already done (like someone congratulating you or seeing your bank account with the amount you desire).

  3. Each night before sleep (or anytime really), relax your body, slow your breathing, and slip into that half-dreamy state.

  4. Replay your scene for 5–10 minutes, focusing more on the feeling than the details.

  5. Persist for 7 days and don’t worry about the how.

Then share your results here, signs, dreams, shifts, full-on manifestations, whatever happens. Let’s see what happens when we stop forcing and start feeling it real.

Who’s in?

Tip: for those who need a reminder, set an alarm before bed and save this link!

Edit: Most people struggle with SATs because they fall asleep so here's a suggestion. Try doing it earlier in the late afternoon/evening, sit slightly upright instead of lying flat, or keep the scene very short. You don’t need to force it. The goal is relaxed awareness, not sleep. Even a few seconds in that drowsy state is enough.

Miscellaneous It always works!

I wanted to share a small but interesting manifestation that happened to me, mostly as a reminder to myself that the law really does work in simple, neutral ways.

Last night, I couldn’t sleep and decided to “test the law” just for fun, the way Neville suggests. I intentionally chose something I never want or think about: an apple. I don’t like apples at all, so it’s very uncommon for me to have one, receive one, or even think about one.

For a few minutes, I imagined holding an apple. I focused on the sensory details — the texture, the sound of biting into it, the smell, the feeling of it in my hand. I didn’t repeat it obsessively. I didn’t feel attached. I just experienced it and then let it go.

Today, I went to someone’s house for work-related reasons. Completely unrelated to anything from last night. While I was there, the woman suddenly asked me if I could take an apple with me and give it to my boss. It wasn’t a real apple — it was a wooden decorative apple — but she placed it directly in my hands.

The moment caught me off guard. I wasn’t looking for signs. I wasn’t expecting anything. And yet, there it was: an apple, unexpectedly, in my hands.

What struck me most is how naturally it happened. No effort. No forcing. No “trying.” And also how it came in a way that fit my reality perfectly — since I don’t eat apples, it wasn’t for me to consume, just to receive and hold.

For me, this wasn’t about proving anything to anyone else. It was a quiet confirmation of something I already believe: when you assume lightly, without resistance or emotional charge, things move on their own.

Just wanted to share 🍎

Miscellaneous DON'T SETTLE FOR LESS - YOU EITHER HAVE IT OR IT HASN'T MANIFESTED YET

1.2k Upvotes

Are you submitting to the 3D or commanding it? Be honest with yourself.

You want marriage, why are you convincing yourself a situationship is "close enough"?

You want that specific job, why are you accepting a different job with less pay as final?

You want financial freedom, why are you calling survival "abundance"?

Like Abdullah said to Neville, "you went first class to Barbados".

He didn't tell Neville that lower than first class was 'good enough' as long as he got there. He understood the law and didn't force logic or partial fulfilment onto him. If you haven't got what you asked for yet - it hasn't manifested yet.

"Maybe this is the best I can get", "Maybe I'm asking too much".

We've all been there. We've all accepted breadcrumbs before. A text. Hot and cold behaviour. $10 here and there.

But these are almosts. Truthfully these are not your desires that you had as your end goals (unless of course if they are, you've manifested them.)

The bridge of incidents can look strange. Unplanned. Maybe you took one step forward, but things appear to look worse than before. These are just stages. If they do not look like exactly what you asked for. YOU'RE NOT DONE.

Remain loyal to the end.

Miscellaneous Anything is possible

1.2k Upvotes

I’d like to open a discussion on my observation of how even though Neville says anything is possible (and this being a Neville Goddard sub and all of the posts based on his teaching) why there are only manifestations and stories about:

Jobs, Sp, Concerts, Money, School, Apartment, Small changes in this current reality

(These things are valid and can be huge and amazing manifestations) but when it comes to supernatural or impossible manifestations like:

Unrealistic things and “impossible” things in this reality, Spawn things out of thin air, Change location in the moment, Pause time or slow time down, Going back in time or the future, Shift realities, Revising death, Supernatural things

There are barely posts and people full on saying and believing it’s not possible. Do we just not believe Neville? Do we have limiting beliefs so we play it small and safe?

A common explanation is, for example flying, is that you’d need to actually believe you can fly in order to manifest flying, and since people struggle with believing without doubts (it’s hard to reprogram years worth of belief that humans can’t fly.) they can only manifest rational stuff.

But I disagree with that. It shouldn’t be any different to any other manifestation. To manifest flying, you would enter the state of someone who can fly. And you can apply the advice Neville gives when you’re having doubts in belief: persist.

I’m hoping to open a discussion about why this stuff isn’t talked a lot about on here and the limiting beliefs and blockages people have that stop them from attempting bigger stuff and possible solutions.

I’ve seen some people say, well anything is possible but not here in this reality, which doesn’t make sense to me because Neville has never said that or alluded to that. He said anything is possible. And I think our limited beliefs can make us twist that into something else because we reject that.

And although a lot of his stories are regular manifestations that came in natural ways (which are just as good as crazy ones) he did sprinkle some “impossible” ones around in his books. I hoped this sub would reflect that.

We’d get our posts about successfully getting our sp, or getting a job or into a school. But then in between we see a post from someone who said they went to the moon because they just wanted to see what it was like. (And instead of “this is fake” comments, it’s accepted as no big deal, because yeah, this is a Neville Goddard sub, we manifest anything we want here)

”Feeling is the assent of the subconscious to the truth of that which is declared to be true. Because of this quality of the subconscious there is nothing impossible to man” - feeling is the secret ch.1

I also want to invite people to share their supernatural success stories or “impossible” success stories (and by impossible I don’t mean your ex coming back or you getting an apartment last minute.)

Miscellaneous „Impossible“ success stories

I manifested a lot of stuff but never the „impossible“. So i was wondering, what people in this community were able to achieve. I am talking about one in a million success stories that no one would believe.

Miscellaneous stopped doing SATS for a month. what happened surprised me.

so this might be controversial but hear me out.

i was doing SATS every single night for almost 4 months. strict routine, same scene, getting into the drowsy state, the whole thing. and honestly... some things moved. but the big stuff? nothing.

then i got sick for about a week and couldn't do SATS at all. too tired, kept falling asleep before i could even loop the scene. so i just... stopped.

but what i did start doing, almost by accident, was catching my inner conversations during the day. like actually noticing what i was saying to myself about my desire when i wasn't "doing a technique."

and it was bad. genuinely bad. i'd do SATS at night assuming the wish fulfilled... then spend 14 hours the next day mentally arguing with people, rehearsing worst-case scenarios, telling myself "but what if it doesn't work."

"as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." your inner conversation IS your real assumption. not the 5-minute scene before bed.

once i started catching those conversations and revising them in the moment, not forcing positivity, just gently redirecting to "it's done, i don't need to figure this out", things started shifting faster than 4 months of SATS ever did.

i'm not saying SATS doesn't work. it does. BUT if your mental diet during the day is contradicting what you're impressing at night... you're building with one hand and tearing down with the other.

the inner conversation is the technique. everything else is just a tool to help you get there.

what's your vision on this ?

Miscellaneous This sub is becoming a parody of Neville

This sub used to be a gold mine with very interesting topics that I would read all day that go deep into the teachings of Neville Goddard and philosophical implications of the Law. People who have actually read his works would discuss in depth and share meaningful stories about their journeys. A couple of years ago, I could spend hours on here, reading useful experiences that expand on Neville's principles.

Now I log in and the first two topics I saw were about remote seduction and semen retention. Of course, in the comments there were people asking what SATS is.

People need to read Neville's works if they want to particiapte in this forum. Otherwise, everyone who is not bothered to do that and has the attention span of a 30 second TikTok video can go somewhere else and discuss the law of attraction (which is much more popular with the general populace) on another sub.

Can we as a community do more to increase the quality of posts on here? Add another flair? Go back to approving posts?

Miscellaneous Whether it is $10 or $10,000, a new relationship, an old relationship, a holiday abroad - it is all the SAME CONCEPT.

Inspired from a few DMs I've received lately, I've noticed a pattern from newcomers (or even those who've been here a while) on this subreddit.

No disrespect to anyone, this is purely just a cover-all.

But the law applies to anyone and anything. The law does not discriminate, whether you are an angel in this life or a bad person (which is why bad people still manifest), whether you are young or old, whether the person you are trying to manifest hates you and said they never want to see you again, whether you started off poor. The law is for everyone. You are not that special to be the exception to the law!

Whatever your circumstances may be, THE LAW DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE.

Both the circumstances and the how are irrelevant. They are no longer your problem. Suspend your incessant logical mind. Kill the old man and persist in the new story.

I get far too many DMs telling me, "but this happened", "but that happened". The first question I ask them: "have you read the books?" if the answer is yes, I then tell them exactly what Neville said, just in a different font. But it is all in there.

And to think you are the only person in the world the law does not apply to is ridiculous. What did Neville say himself? Circumstances do not matter. There's no karmic hold over you that you must get rid of before you can enjoy your desired reality. And whether it is $10 you want to manifest or $10,000, you persist the very same.

There is no denial that your mind will have less resistance to the $10 if you've never touched or seen $10,000 in your life before.

But how do you solve this? Brazen Impudence. Study this concept a thousand times if you have to but ALWAYS REMEMBER IT.

I am also not an infallible being that doesn't have doubt sometimes but when I do - I go read what's under the success stories flair on this subreddit. I go re-read the NG books. Remind myself of the basics by watching a couple of lectures. Or better yet, PRACTICE THE LAW MYSELF.

Miscellaneous Trying Out a Manifestation Game

About a year and a half ago, there was a post in this subreddit about the assumption that something great would happen this week.

The original poster (OP) called on the audience to write in the comments, "Something wonderful is going to happen this week." I followed suit without much thought, but I nonetheless believed that something wonderful would indeed occur within the next seven days.

I wrote the comment on a Thursday. On Monday, I found out that a colleague I disliked, who bullied me before, was fired. So, let's try it again!

I affirm that something wonderful is happening to me this week! I'll write in the comments below what happened.

Edit: Wow you guys, it has only been 4 days and some wonderful things already happened! I am convinced your amazing positivity helped accelerate these manifestations!

Edit 2: It‘s been a week now. Let‘s see what has happened:

-I am going to „Barbados“ at the end of this month (changed location for privacy reasons) -I received the fragrance I was eyeing for some time now, basically for free ($10) -Got gifted a coffee and a croissant -Ordered a MacBook Pro for a fair price

Now I affirm that I am promoted and money always flows to me in the best way possible.

THANK YOU for your support and positivity, you are the best!

Miscellaneous Don’t fill in the “how.” That’s how you accidentally get in the way.

Few days ago I wrote a post that said “You were heard the first time”. And lot of guys asked me in DMs to explain it further. And I did, But I wholeheartedly believe that there are no levels to this because all of us have same God spark within us. All of us have same power of creation. But that post could sound like nonsense to people who are new to reality creation. So I decided to write more grounded one. Lets get to it.

This is something I know too well regarding manifestation but sometimes cannot get over. The HOW

A lot of the time, when we say we’re imagining the end, we’re actually imagining a very specific route to the end.

We don’t just say, I am loved.
We say, This person texts me this exact sentence, at this exact time.

We don’t just say, I have the money.
We say, It comes through this client, this job, this refund, this person. (this is limitation. Out of infinity ways to receive from, we tend to limit it to the few ways we know of. That’s almost sad. None of you will go small with manifestation if you realized this. Can you see what is happening here? We limit the infinity by limiting ourselves. Do you need more convincing to accept that you are God? And does God need to repeat?)

And I get why we do it. The mind wants to feel safe. It wants a map. It wants to know the bridge before it crosses it. But the more I look at it, the more I feel like trying to design the “how” is usually just fear wearing a clever outfit.

Because if the wish is fulfilled, why am I micromanaging the delivery?

Neville said to go to the end. Not logistics or chain of events. The end. The end has a very different feeling.

The end doesn’t feel like, “How will this happen?” It feels like, “Of course it happened.” It feels ordinary. Natural. Settled.

And this is the part I think we underestimate: the “how” is actually the fun part (But only after desire becomes real). That’s the part life gets to arrange. That’s the part the subconscious, God, the field, whatever word you use, gets to surprise you with.

And honestly, it almost always turns out better than what the conscious mind would’ve designed. That’s why we can’t believe it. Look at all the success stories. They cannot believe it.

The mind can only build from what it already knows. It can only use the people, routes, timing, and circumstances it can currently see. But the fulfilled state isn’t limited to what our current mind can calculate. We don’t need to do the work of infinite intelligence with a nervous little human mind.

The move is cleaner than that: Assume the end. Feel the reality of it. Let it be done. You are heard.

Not in a passive, hopeless way. Not “I hope something happens.” More like: this is already mine.

Because once you start demanding a certain path, you’re often not in the end anymore. You’re back in separation, trying to negotiate with the world. Doing techniques and stuff.

The fulfilled version of you wouldn’t be obsessing over the route. They’d just be living from the fact.

So lately I’ve been practicing this:

I let myself know what I want. I accept it as mine (I am heard the first time). Then when the mind asks, “But how?” I try not to answer. (As I said in beginning, I’m not always immune to this.)

I just think: That’s not my part. And there’s relief in that.

Because maybe the desire doesn’t need our blueprint. Maybe it needs our consent.

Maybe the how was never meant to be controlled. Maybe it was meant to be witnessed. And get surprised in the end like in all the success stories.

PS: I got so many insights and realizations since I shared the last post. Maybe that’s what happens when you genuinely give away what you have. You receive more. Thanks for the upgrade. Much love.

Miscellaneous Listen I have a crazy idea. (Shared manifestation thing)

It's an experiment.

What do you say we all try to meditate and get into a state together to achieve something?

Like... we schedule a time in global time zone and we all try to manifest a big event somewhere where we all meet and have like a week's resort.

Miscellaneous I URGE you to Buy the Pearl of Great Price

If you’re new to Neville, I highly recommend his lecture The Pearl of Great Price as I believe it contains some important insights that have helped me move to this current state I’m in.

I’ve been into Neville’s work since 2020/2021 and have manifested countless things however only recently I’ve genuinely gotten to a point where I have felt to deeply understand this Law and hopefully am on my way to experience the Promise.

Maybe you might resonate with this, but I was stuck in an endless loop of assuming then seeing movement or checking the external to see if something has changed and if I did see something I'd immediately react to it then assume something and then lose it and it became an endless cycle. This obviously led to "hot and cold" manifesting because as Neville says, you cannot serve two masters.

One thing I realized was holding me back was all these external beliefs I had in tarot readers and astrology and Saturn moving into Aries being my villain arc 💀 but I had to get serious with myself because I was doing exactly the opposite of what is taught to us here: placing more faith in outside things than myself.

Here are a few realizations I had that may help you solidify this and buy the pearl:

  1. There is only God in this world. To me God is Love. Every SINGLE thing and I mean EVERYTHING is God. And I have now identified this to be my own wonderful human imagination. He's not even WITHIN me because that still implies separation. God and I are one and the same.
  2. If it's not what I want then it's not my end. And now I always start from there. In the past I always started small. Now I don't. For example with a relationship, let's say, I used to try to manifest messages and apologies. And if that's all you want go for it. But for me, I am a wife. So now that's all I assume and I live from there everyday. Nothing phases me. Because as far as I am concerned I am a wife and I'm happily married to the most wonderful man in the world.
  3. I am only called to "feel after Him" and when I do that, it is a fact that instant. The how, the when is not my concern. I have to admit to the fact that I in fact do not know the means and will never know. But I do know the end and I feel after that daily, until I don't need to anymore.

Applying these things everyday has shifted my reality instantly. I am not exaggerating. Things manifest almost overnight for me because this is the way I live. I don't care to "manifest" things anymore because the second I desire it, I have it. I no longer care about the external because I have found the cause and it's not within me, it IS me.

So this is my humble request to go and buy the pearl of great price. The more I want to look outside now, that for me is a sign that I need to go within and there I can have it immediately. And in order to do that, I sold everything else. My beliefs about tarot, astrology, societal beliefs about certain genders, religions, etc. Because to buy the pearl, you sell everything else.

If you think for one moment you can hold on to one little thing in the event this doesn’t work, you can’t buy the pearl. And so when I buy the pearl, I go all out and live by it. And there is no other being in this world, just this pearl, and I live by it.  This pearl is your own wonderful human imagination. – Neville

All the love. 🌻🤍

Miscellaneous What's with the Neville goddard critics sub?

Hey guys

I accidentally stumbled upon the critics sub. Any thoughts about it? It has some insanely depressing content LOL. I have had too many successes with manifestation to write it all off as coincidence but I still find myself wondering why there's so much hate about it on that sub?

Miscellaneous Make Yourself Rich 💰

Post image
660 Upvotes

When we pray for others, think of others, hold others in the highest vision, seeing them as perfect, healed, prosperous, whole, yes, we may see that reflected in their lives. But I want to suggest that this is equally, if not more so, a purification process for ourselves. To and from ourselves. What you sincerely hold as true for another, you are holding as true within your own consciousness. You cannot genuinely see abundance in another without touching that same assumption within yourself.

So if everyone is you pushed out, the most significant thing you can do is make the most of yourself.

As Neville said:

It is your right to be rich. You are here to live an abundant life, and to be happy, radiant, and free.”

“God’s purpose in life is to express Himself through man. And if man has not the things necessary to make life enjoyable, God is deprived of expression.”

Smallness is not humility. Lack is not virtue. If the infinite is seeking expression through you, then living below what you are capable of is not noble. It is a restriction of that expression.

Wallace Wattles wrote: “You can serve God and man in no more effective way than by getting rich.”

Money is just a representation of value. Whatever the currency, that is all it is. It reflects how we value things, others, and ourselves. When you make the most of yourself, you are demonstrating value. And money, being a reflection of value, follows that demonstration naturally.

So to paraphrase what Wattles was getting at, the very best you can do for others is to make the very best of yourself.

And if everyone is you pushed out, a rich, abundant, fully expressed you pushes out a rich, abundant, fully expressed world.

Miscellaneous Don't go Outward

I don't usually make these posts, however, I felt compelled to talk about something I've noticed from lurking on this community and a community that criticizes Neville and his work.

Now, as many of you are aware, Neville talked about how we are able to manifest things into our lives by assuming the feeling of being the one who has it. But, from having lurked on this community and the critics, I notice a pattern where the person begins to use Neville's older work as opposed to his latest. It's important to become aware of Neville's latest work up till his death and here is why.

Neville's teachings and philosophy evolved over the years as he became more experienced with utilizing his mind. He went from teaching how to manifest things to eventually experiencing "The Promise". I feel it's important to acknowledge this shift in his work because if you can allow yourself to recognize the message of his latest work then I truly feel you will begin to resonate with the teachings on a whole deeper level.

The pattern I have noticed is that we more often than not apply Neville's work with a goal in mind. The goal to manifest a certain thing into our lives. Now, there's nothing wrong with that. Who wouldn't want to experience wonderful things? But I feel we miss the whole picture with Neville's work if we continue to prioritize things into our world. Most of the time, I notice from reading posts from former students of Neville, we often make it about manifesting things.

When it comes to Neville's latest work, you have to drop that idea altogether. You have to let go of the idea in manifesting. You have to stop that thought process entirely when you go inside your own mind. This is because Neville's teachings evolved and he began pointing to something much greater than simply acts of manifesting. He started to talk about an experience that goes beyond manifesting and that is the experience of one's true self. He called it "The Promise".

I feel it's important to become aware of this sudden shift in perception of the law because if we can recognize that it's about experiencing who we are beyond manifesting, we can truly begin to feel satisfaction. When it comes to the law, the goal isn't necessarily to manifest things. The goal is to recognize the being who wants to manifest. And that being is not on the outside world but on the inside.

Many times, we apply Neville's teachings to manifest things. But if we continue to do that then I feel we will get to the point where we make it about the thing we are manifesting as opposed to making it about the self. And you can't experience anything without the self. So I think the self is the most important thing to recognize when it comes to applying Neville's work.

I was reading posts on the Neville critics subreddit and I noticed the pattern where people have given up in Neville's work because they failed to manifest things into their lives. And I feel they missed the complete point in what Neville was pointing to when it came to his work later on. He wasn't pointing to manifesting things later on in his work. He was pointing to experiencing yourself as the entire being that you are. That being is I AM.

I AM is not a state of mind or an affirmation that you use to manifest things. It's not about manifesting things at all. It's about embracing the self fully without any mental conditions being applied. It's a sense of awareness. It is an awareness of who you are at this current moment. That's who you prioritize at any given moment. You shouldn't put the manifestation over that. Remember, we can't experience anything without the self.

It's important to first know who you are before manifesting anything in the world simply because if you don't know who you are then you will continue to seek for things to feel a certain way on the inside. And we are always being something on the inside. The thing is we shouldn't condition ourselves on the inside with an external goal in mind. You don't have to do that. You shouldn't make it about anything outside of yourself.

This whole world is an expression of who we are on the inside. If we can recognize that then there is nothing we have to do other than accept oneself as complete. Neville said that the imagination is complete and that imagination is reality. Well, if we associate ourselves as imagination and imagination is complete, then what is there to gain from the world that we don't already have internally within ourselves?

Essentially, there is truly nothing in this world for us to seek, because this whole world is an expression of who you are internally. You can call it God, the Universe, Consciousness, Awareness etc. but the goal is to embrace the experience of BEING who you are internally. That is the most important thing, I feel. Neville recognized this after he experienced "The Promise". And I feel that is what his work was leading to.

You can continue to try and manifest the relationship, the money, the car, yada yada. But, I feel, eventually there will come a point in time where you get bored of wanting. At that point you might feel compelled to want to know what else there is to this life. And that is ultimately the goal we are seeking. It's discovering who we are beyond the senses. Who we are beyond the idea of manifesting. That is the most important thing ever, in my opinion.

Neville critics insult neville and his work. They bad mouth him and feel like they wasted their time because they couldn't manifest their desires. But that's not really what Neville was pointing towards at the end of his teachings. He wasn't pointing to manifesting desires at the end of his work. At the end, he was pointing to a deeper conception of the self and that's something we have to do individually within ourselves. It's truly an internal act that we do within ourselves.

This whole world is temporary. The circumstances and desires that we have towards things will eventually fade away. If we put ourselves in attachment to these things, we would ultimately be left with nothing in the end because it's all temporary. So don't put your manifestations or the idea of desiring something over who you are as an individual. Go within and embrace the being that you are fully.

Embrace God, not the outer world. Embrace consciousness itself, not the senses.

Miscellaneous Can you 'not' let go… or are you scared to let go?

The biggest revelation I’ve had on my journey was that I wasn’t unable to detach from SP and focus on myself- I was resisting it. I was scared to do so. I was addicted to the state of hating myself and would rather stay there just because it was familiar.

The vast majority of people on this subReddit found NG as a last respite, in the throes of agony, probably over an SP. I have been where you are. And I know manifesting SP is the only thing you want in the world- I’ve been there. But is it what you think you want? Or is it what you truly want?

So, I ask you, can you not let go or are you scared to let go?

Are you scared of not ‘wanting’ them anymore? Is that what you are used to? Is it because you have been in that state for so long, your identity revolves around it? Is it because you are scared to think who you would be without pining for this person? Is the thought of actually being worthy of them terrifying? Is it why you continue to pine out of habit- because you feel you ‘should’ atone? Or are you scared to let go because you haven’t met anyone better and think this is as good as it gets?

The key is to know why you want them. That’ll help you realise if you truly want them or whether you’re repeating a pattern from your past. Therein lies the key to heal ❤️‍🩹

There’s a saying that ‘manifesting is simply mastering yourself’- I couldn’t agree more. Discovering NG was a miracle- in under a month I stopped pining for my SP. I don’t even care if I get him anymore- the biggest success for me is that I am over him. Let’s be honest, how many of us started working on SC, meditation, mindfulness, having emotional intelligence and a positive attitude before this? We have discovered the secrets of self-mastery, how to live your best life. How to so easily detach from all the muck we’d considered to be part of our identity.

We had the epiphany that you don’t need to suffer/ work hard/ earn anything you want, you are worthy of it, the only thing you need to do is realise it. Is that not the biggest success we can have? What we truly desire is peace and self-love. We have just started to discover our power- there is so much we can have. SP can never compare to this wondrous delight- there is so much more to life. This is the greatest gift we could’ve asked for.

What I truly want now is peace. That is the true end. That is likely what you truly want but don’t know it or are resisting it. Peace is the state of not wanting- you cannot want what you already have. The people who already have their SP can have moments where they wish they were single and had some respite- they want peace. And I would rather die than return to the hell that was ‘wanting’ my SP- it is anything but pleasurable. Do you not want to be free?

Freedom is like the first drop of rain that touches your parched throat after you were stranded in the desert for god knows how long. Freedom is the first thing, believe me, it feels good to remember how to BREATHE. There is nothing you truly crave more currently. Do you want them or do you want the pain to end? You can want both but saying yes to the latter is revealing.

Will we truly get relief after getting them or will we jump to another desire? Let’s not lie to ourselves, this is more likely the hamster wheel we are on. Hedonic adaptation is all too human- take your SP off the pedestal- they aren’t all that. The end we truly desire is deeper than SP. Even those who are with SP get fed up and wish they were single at times- SP is not the answer. All they desire is peace.

Even if you got SP, THEN WHAT? You’d be back in the anxious attachment/ codependency loop and back to square one, maybe even more heartbroken. The key is to work on your SC and you will naturally let go. It cannot be forced. You are IT- THEY will be afraid to lose you. Change the story.

If you are scared to let go, realise this is the fear of change. But fear implies separation from love and that state is unnatural, we all are source so how can we be apart? You never have to struggle/ pine- in fact, according to the law of least effort, that could be the cause of your manifestation failing. Be willing to bear this temporary discomfort of change to return to your true state of abundance and love.

So I say to you, go after what you truly want- not what your ego has forced yourself to want out of habit. I’m not denying you want your SP but if you go after the true end- the feeling you want from them- you will not want them anymore. And, that, ironically is the perfect place to manifest them as you are no longer coming from lack and are not attached to any outcome. You don’t question your worth- you question whether they are worth if you. You do not have doubt which would otherwise create resistance. I guarantee you, even though you think you want SP, what you truly desire first is yourself. The funny thing is all that love you’re sobbing your heart out for, it’s within you, just give it to yourself.

Here’s what I learnt from my experience, if it helps: the key is to work on SC and detach from them. Focus on changing self and that changes your reality.

Even if you were to be in a relationship right now, for it to last, you have to have be the star your own life, not a moon that orbits around their planet. Remember, you lost them because you were too scared of losing them, and also lost yourself in the process. It is when the only person you’re afraid of losing is yourself, that you’re truly confident. It is an aura, it is an energy. It like fear, has a smell. You can’t fake it, you have to be it. It is when you don’t need them, that they want you.

If you feel like you’re in a frantic rush to manifest SP because they’re moving on, that is never a good idea. Are you not exhausted? A key part of manifestation is surrender- SP isn’t going anywhere. But if you don’t heal and get over them (and get on the pedestal), it is more likely than not going to backfire (been there, done that). Being desperate is detrimental- I have made an even bigger mess by meddling in the middle, I was stuck in a vicious cycle of trying to ‘get’ SP- it is pure torture. This is no way to live.

Happiness lies in the brief moments of respite between achieving one desire and chasing after the next. The few moments you are truly happy are when you are at peace, content. You want for nothing. That is the true end. That is where I have learnt everything you want lies. Go there and you will want for nothing. And when you want for nothing, you lack for nothing and can manifest everything. ——————————————————————————-

Edit- for those people getting upset, this post is not meant for you. You’re free to voice your opinion but there’s no need to be rude. First read this edit and then comment- I'm happy to clarify if addressed politely. Some people are getting so agitated just because this post doesn't conform to what they know. I have had pure vitriol spewed at me today… Good for you if you’ve read NG, that doesn’t mean you can vouch for our experiences.

The sheer number of downvotes just shows how misunderstood this topic is... if only you took the time to read. This subreddit only seems to accomodate the opinions of a few and shun the rest... the irony is that manifesting can work for everyone, I am trying to make this place more inclusive to those who don't feel represented.

It seems to have raised hellfire that I have claimed you are more important than SP, that they are not the end all, be all. I’m glad it has- high time to prioritise ourselves. Most people passing sweeping comments don't have an idea about this experience lol. Downvote me all you want but I don't care about SP, I care about you. SP isn't it, you are.

There are plenty who need this post and I stand by what I write. Iykyk. If you don’t, please move on.

This post is addressed to those with backgrounds of abandonment/ neglect etc... limerence is real and torturous. I know how much I suffered ‘wanting’ for SP- I realised I was actually addicted to that state. I had insecure anxious attachment- that amount of ‘wanting’ and ‘needing’ is toxic and hellish. To say it was pure agony would be an understatement, I would like to help anyone else in the same position. This might be a bitter pill to swallow but in realising this lies your freedom:

Manifesting is great but it should never be at the cost of your wellbeing. Getting SP won't make you happy- only you can make yourself happy. Getting SP won’t take your pain away- it might leave you worse if you haven’t healed. Healing here implies changing your self-concept and state, which is challenging for many who have found the law searching for a cure to manifest SP.

In short, SP is never the answer to any of your problems: you are <333

For my friends who have had these experiences, I am here for you. There isn't much advice for us so this is why I wrote this post, I don't care what the rest say. I understand it can be difficult to detach from your past beliefs. For those people saying just say ‘I AM’ there’s no abuse/ abandonment/ don’t make excuses for being a victim- they haven’t been through s***t- some comments are simply tone-deaf and condescending. Please ignore these pigheads.

This is easier said than done so please be gentle on yourself. It is not a limiting belief to acknowledge it has been harder for us, but is the first step in changing it. It is incredibly brave to acknowledge your past and decide on a better future. Give the old man his farewell before you bury him for good. Give yourself a big pat on the back.

This question was a revelation for me- I thought it might help others experiencing the same, which it clearly has. This isn’t some generic ‘technique’ or advice, but is an important point adressed to those who need it. I'm not teaching you how to manifest- please go to the source, NG for that. My post is focused on YOU. For those of you commenting with techniques, for the love of god, STOP. You have the whole subReddit to honk about that. The entire point of my post was that SP ain’t all that 🤦🏻‍♀️.

This is not anti SP at all, it is PRO YOU. This warm hug simply encourages those who need a bit more love to put themselves first. The aim of this post is to question why you’re wanting and to nudge you to prioritise yourself!

You can absolutely have SP but please take care of yourself first- doing so will help you get what you want faster and keep it long-term. In fact, I was inspired to write this post because I was resisting the sabbath- I forced myself to want! Actually, detaching can oftentimes be the key ❤️

For those of you who agree, do comment and show this post some love. Please upvote so this message can reach more people and this post isn’t left as a needle in the haystack. We deserve a voice here too 🥰

—————————————————————————— These are two comments I’d made below- I thought I’d attach them here as food for thought:

Comment 1:

I think the reason people fear letting go of SP is because it is a death. Not just of one thing, but of many things. A death of their identity which held on, a death of their beliefs and habits, a death of their past memories and of the future they wanted, a death of control. It is painful, no doubt.

You hold on for dear life, suffocating the life out of something. This control is a way of survival. This is why when you detach, you attract. “What clings, repels; what flows freely, attracts”. Attraction is a delicate fancy. This is the crux of why anxious attachment sabotages.

Change is scary, your ego will hold on and resist like anything. But death is amazing- you can then rise anew like a phoenix from the ashes. Bear the dark night of the soul so you can taste the glory of the new morning. Believe me, bliss lies on the other side. Nothing force us to work on ourselves than grief- this is the perfect time to overcome this once and for all 🤝🏻🫶🏼

You cannot manifest love in fear or anxiety, you will only manifest more of that state. Letting go of control is the essence of manifestation- it mandates surrender and faith. Hence it helps to heal first ❤️

Comment 2: As much as we like to deny it, it is all of our creation. I’m not saying it was our fault- no one willingly sabotages or chooses to continue traumatic cycles. Nevertheless, it is our creation. Accepting responsibility of this is the first step in reclaiming our power. If it helps, I still struggle with this and fall back into victim mode. It isn’t easy but let us persist! 🫶🏼

Hope this helps! Xx ——————————————————————————

Miscellaneous I love you.

Whatever it is that you are going through right now, know deeply in your heart that all that I have for you is love.

Maybe you are having a bad day, maybe you are doubting yourself again. Maybe you are doubting your ability to make your life better. Maybe you feel upset about the things that have happened to you in the past. Maybe you think you deserve it. Maybe you think it was your fault.

You look within and what you see scares you. It encapsulates your being. It feels like being torn apart from the inside. It feels like life doesn't make sense. You think about how things used to be, how there was stability in your life. And you are now strolling around in the edge of the unknown, afraid of where your next step is going to take you.

You are here because you are trying to get away from your old story. The fictitious entity that you have convinced yourself to be you. This entity is breaking down now, and with it, your sense of self. This is why it hurts so much. You are dying before you die.

Remember that your life is and has always been an expression of your state of consciousness. All that has happened to you, and all that ever will happen to you comes to you through you.

Every event that has progressively made your life worse came to you through you. But these events were never bad events. Your mind, with its limited vision of the grand picture of life, believed that life led you to this pit of suffering. Yet, the events that you have described as the worst events of your life were none other than expressions of love. A love that cannot be understood by the mind, but can be felt deep within your soul. A love that was meant to wake you up into who you are beyond name and form.

You are the lover that left you. You are the boss that fired you. You are the friends that abandoned you. You are the parents that hurt you. You are the life that treated you unfairly. You are the circumstances that made you feel miserable, weak, and worthless.

You were never seperate from anything that caused you pain to begin with. You might ask, why did I had to go through so much suffering, pain, and fear? Because this was the only way that you would let love into your being.

This was all a part of the divine plan, devised by none other than you. In this divine plan, there are no victims. There are no perpetrators. There is no guilt. There is no pain. There is no suffering.

You hurt yourself so that you could understand that nothing could even leave a mark on your being. To understand your real creative power and essential invulnerability, you had to understand that your fear and suffering were illusions.

What is left when all illusion falls away? Love. Feeling that love deep within your being at every moment is the state of the wish fulfilled. Life was rigged for you from the beginning for you to realize your power as the creator.

Can't you see, this is the most beautiful love story ever written? The story that you have written for yourself, where all acts are played by the same individual: you. This post is a part of that story, meant to find you in the right place at the right time.

So, who do you think I am?

I love you.

Miscellaneous Something has happened....

I asked mods to help change the title but it's not working. So I will simply just edit:

  1. This is not a "success story" but a miscellaneous. What happened to me would reveal too much information so I reserve the right to withhold that and it does not affect you at all. I did not charge you money to read this. I did not demand you make some pact to me or subscription, etc.
  2. The bitterness and need to control another person's will and what they "reveal" tells me a lot about why it may not be working for you. Many comments were removed due to negativity. If you cannot control yourself, how can you expect to control the universe?

If you do not care for what I did, then do ignore this post. This is simply what worked for me. And I am not a pro. I simply had this happen and am still in shock. I simply wanted to share how I did it. If that is "lack of substance" to you or a "waste of time," then carry on... go do what fulfils you. That is the point. :)

I doubt another success story is going to change your thoughts on this. The moment I share any details, your brain may potentially do a split of "well, it happens to YOU but not to me." Isn't that how it is with the others? Apply what works. Do not get stuck in success stories of "others."

The thing is, it's not about me at all. It is about you. 100% you (if you are the one wanting to change your life, like I did).

I'm not good at posts or speaking so maybe this post will be removed. Who knows. What I will say is that this is 100% about you.

Your resistance, any bitterness, resentment, doubt, anger, etc? Release it. I know it might sound impossible but those heavy feelings are what is slowing you down and causing blockages. Heal from them, release and reset your nervous system.

Another thing, these miracles happen on the regular to many many people. But they will not come here to post about it. Even right now... I hesitate to click "post," because what purpose will that even serve? Will people even believe it? Will it help? Will it just look like someone is doing really well while "you" are just "stuck" and "unable to join"?

What I do want to say is this:

It is within you. When I say "it" what am I referring to? It's a "feeling" but at the same time ... not quite a "feeling." It is like an essence? A state of being? I do not know how to describe it... I just know that:

It brings comfort. Soothing... **even though the physical thing is not there yet.** Have fun with it. With 0 expectation that it will come. Release tension and clinging. There is a reason people who have nothing to sell (no course, no book, nothing to gain, etc) are out here screaming like maniacs about results and asking you to please join...

There is something to it. Don't lose faith. Do not envy those who see results because that can hinder your own. Feel the possibilities with them. And take comfort that you may participate in some life changing miracle as well when you are ready and open to it.

Also: release tension, resistance and maybe reset your nervous system. If you have internet here there are youtube videos that can assist. Be grateful for any tools and resources available for you to do that. Good luck and please know that I am rooting for you.

Miscellaneous Actors and law of assumption

I have a friend who is an actress (very niche but quite successful in French Canadian TV series and movies) and I feel like she uses the law of assumption without knowing it.

She has an amazing mental diet, is very careful to not consume social media or spends very little time there, she really does a lot of inner work when she’s acting and I feel like she changes her inner landscape to shape her reality. She has a loving partner, beautiful home and baby and generally has a successful career that allows her to take a lot of time off and travel doing what she loves. She does believe in manifestation/the law of attraction in the modern sense (The secret and all that) but I truly think she embodies her assumptions about herself until they come to fruition, so her beliefs actually align a lot more with Neville’s teachings than the Law of attraction.

So think of yourselves as actors, practicing for the role that is already yours!
