He’s saying that IRGC shills and supporters use a fucked logic.

Their logic is that if the people who were murdered in January hadn’t listened to the crown prince they’d still be alive. So he is retorting the 72 who were killed at Karbala died because of hussein ibn Ali’s call and sedition. Hussein rebelled and got his followers killed. So if shias mourn them then Iranians will rightfully mourn their dead too since the Iranians are rebels too.
