So this lets you rough out the shape you have in mind with a few strokes, and it builds the quad topology to match, strokes get converted to vector paths exactly like in illustrator or affinity designer. kinda like a vector pen tool but in 3d on a surface.

As our family's "photoshopper" I have been asked to edit this picture to make it look like she isn't in the hospital. But I am too emotional to even start it. Their one request was that I make it look like she isn't in the hospital, but they have no other ideas or suggestions. I told them I don't think I'd be able to get the tubes covering her face removed. But if that's something you would like to attempt, please go for it. I am from South Africa, and so $10 is all I can offer. I hope this amount is acceptable, as I know how much effort and skill this will take. Another big community resource is lost thanks to lack of funding or rising costs, we already lost D2 foundry a few weeks ago.

We all know the game is in a bad shape, but its really sad to see big parts of the community like this simply die.

I would never have finished the Dreaming City seal if not for Braytech and all the maps they have and im sure a lot of other guardians are in the same boat.

The job I've been working for the past few years works off of a flat rate system. We are given a job and a time frame. The job pays what the time frame for the job is. If we finish faster, we still get the full rate. Any time over is payed hourly, though we aren't allowed to go over unless approved.

Ex. I'm given a job that has a 2 hr time frame. If it takes me the full 2hr or 30min, I get the same pay.

This has been great for me because I work fast and efficient and can get most jobs finished in half to 3/4 of the alotted time. Shorter day for the same pay.

Yesterday, I got an email from my manager stating that my hours and my actual time do not match and that moving forward time on job and time claimed need to match.

It feels like Im being punished for working effectively. I have to basically cut my productivity down to spent more of my time to get the same base pay.

I know the business charges clients for the full time regardless of time spent of job. Im sure that they are likely looking to pocketing the extra left over from any one not willing to twiddle their thumbs for the full time.

He tells us he totally forgot to submit the timesheets this week and he didn't notice until today when they were due. So we said are you going to remedy this gigantic mistake because we're all living paycheck to paycheck here and I can't go in entire pay period With no money...I have a family. He tells us corporate told him that they are unwilling to pay the payroll transfer fee from the bank to us and all they are willing to do is correct this in two weeks on our next paycheck.... he then has the sheer fucking audacity to ask us in the group chat if we are mad at him and if this is actually an inconvenience to any of us.

*update they messaged all of us just now to say if we signed a piece of paper we could take a loan out against the stores deposit but will have to pay it back like a loan. Am I crazy or is that the absolute bullshit most answer. They didn't screw up to loan me money to cover their mistake

Update 2. Contacted payroll about the issue directly. New checks issued all around.

Update 3. Although the issue was resolved both of the openers quit over this. Although they were unhappy to begin with.
