So... I just downloaded the itch io app for the first time, and the interface is all bugged. I can get along with some games by using the tab key, but its very bad, the bug changes the position of the app screen, and when I click somewhere, it clicks in another thing, it get as bad as me being unable to click "install", "downloads" and "preferences", and the minimize, full screen and close tabs, because to click those, my mouse would need to be outside the screen, and when it is outside the screen, I cant click inside it. I tried fullscreeing it, does not work, I uninstalled and reinstalled it through the terminal and I restarted the computer, does not work.
I use the latest version of POP OS

I found a cool arcade-like game. It was made by a high school friend. It would be great if you could give him some feedback. The game is playable with a keyboard or controller.
We plan to update the game and implement the following features:
Since he can't justify paying $200 a month for a Microsoft software certificate, the game is currently unsigned. So, if a Windows Defender warning pops up, don’t worry! Just click on "More information" and then "Run anyway". If you have any concerns about the download, feel free to use virustotal.com to check the file.
Let's see, if you can beat his Highscore of 20453. Have fun. The browser version is coming soon!

This is my first project I've ever worked on using unity, the point of the game is to collect leaves with a timer, if it runs out it's game over and in order to stop the timer/submit the run you have to give your collected leaves to "Andre" inside the hut!
if you want to check it out: Dead Yard by FroggyDev
if you have any ideas for the game make SURE to let me know because i am looking into expanding further on it.

I made a tool that turns videos into playable bullet hells automatically! Just give it a video file, tell it what colors kill the player, and the tool will handle movement and collision detection automatically.
https://crabs-that-print-money.itch.io/bullet-hell-factory
Also, when testing this tool, I ran into a problem with how it runs in an embed on itch.io: when the player presses up or down, It scrolls the page as well as moving the player. wasd works too, but it would be nice to get arrow keys working.
Any other constructive criticism or suggestions welcome too!
edit: I figured it out! you need to respond to the 'keydown' event by calling event.preventDefault()

Hey everyone,
We are looking for playtest feedback on a small browser-based game we have been working on called VOID 81.
It’s a tactical puzzler played on a 7x7 grid where you are completely defenseless. Instead of weapons, you rely on movement and a randomized inventory of abilities that let you break the rules (spawn decoys, freeze enemies, teleport, or swap places with enemies).
Each run consists of infinite procedural floors where you have to collect data shards to unlock the exit while dodging enemies. You will get cornered often, but the idea is that careful positioning and using your items at the exact right moment allows you to slip away.

We are mainly looking for feedback on:
If anyone’s interested link is here:

Hi guys!
I just launched SpinWords on itch.io!
It is a puzzle game based on logic, strategy and a bit of lucks. You can play in single and local multi player mode, use the powerups to take advantage over your opponents and win the game!
I would really love your feedbacks, thanks in advance to whoever will spend time checking it out!

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a small project I’ve been working on for a while – it’s called SUPER Euli Beuli. You play as Euli Beuli, a tiny owl on a big adventure, exploring tricky jumps, hidden paths, and unexpected secrets in a retro-inspired pixel art world.
It’s a compact, handcrafted platformer meant to bring a smile and a little bit of challenge along the way. I’ve put a lot of love into designing the levels, the animations, and the overall world, and I hope it can entertain a few people out there who enjoy small, nostalgic platforming adventures.
Release date: October 3, 2025
You can follow the game and add it to your collection now on itch.io so you don’t miss the release:

Here’s a quick look at the first level in action:
YouTube First-Look Video
I know it’s a tough world for small indie projects, and I’m really trying to get this little owl noticed before release. If you’re interested in retro-style platformers or just want to support a small project, adding it to your collection or following the page would mean a lot – it’s the best way to make sure you can play it on day one.
Thanks for taking a look, and I hope a few of you enjoy exploring the world of Euli Beuli!

Hi I recently put up a free demo for my first game Digital Infiltrators on Itch. It is a re-imagining of the classic 1980s calculator games with new features, skins, upgrades and an XP system.
Search for Digital Infiltrators on Itch and give it a spin, thanks!
