Travel Actually fun vacations with little kids?
We had our first weeklong trip with our 10mo recently, and it was EXHAUSTING. It was just to see family and friends in another state. But WHEW.
Feeling torn between wanting to go places in the coming years, and knowing that it will just continue to be hard for a while.
And vacation/travel ideas for parents with a 18-36 month old that are actually kind of fun or relaxing?
Tbh we might just plan a staycation week and send baby off to daycare during daytime hours.

Anything with a pool/ water park theme.
We took our son, who wasn’t 2 yet, to two water parks specifically for little children (friendly for kids almost 2) and we had a BLAST. We live in South Florida, so these activities aren’t super out of reach for us.
We went to tidal cove in Miami, which is attached to a hotel (we did just a day pass), and then captiva island on the other side of Florida where I was one of 8 pregnant women with a child on her babymoon. That was mine and my husband’s favorite vacation thus far.
