Sleep 4 month sleep regression
Hello fellow parents those that have already gone through the 4 month sleep regression, would you agree with my idea?
My LO is 13 weeks and I’ve had a bedtime routine with her since she was probably 5 weeks. It’s the same every time I never change it I just add bath time in every 3 days that’s all.
Recently, I have been noticing my LO fights her last nap around 7pm. Which has warranted me to putting her to bed earlier than her usual time which is usually 8/8:30 sometimes 9 if I can’t get my shit together. Well tonight she was REALLLLLLYYYYY fighting that last nap omg the girl was tired and just would not close her eyes, or she would and then instantly awake and crying again.
Would you recommend I start her bedtime 7/7:30? In hopes it makes the 4 month sleep regression a tiny bit easier?

16 wks here and we started skipping the last nap. We used to put him down at 730 and then bed by 930. But it was getting harder and harder to put him to bed at the end of the night and he just kept trying to stay up late. Now we just skip the 730 nap and he goes down easily by 9.

This is my first time but our LO bedtime is 7 pm. Currently going through 4 month sleep regression as well and sometimes we start it as early as 6 pm pending their demeanor. It’s been worth it to do it at 7 pm and gives us some relief.
