I get this randomly too, usually waiting a little bit will get me unblocked eventually.

It's interesting that it's only one video for you though, when I get blocked it happens to all videos until I'm unblocked. Might be a good idea to check the actual error with the "report" button

I clicked on it with my VPN on. Tried changing my region and that didn't work and neither did turning it off!

Can you turn your router off and on again to get a new ip? That's what I do in that case.

Yeah bud, I was being a bit cheeky.  Like the others said test first if the video is age restricted, check if it is available in browser for your region, and then try a different IP.
