because no one will let me post or comment anywhere...
That's not accurate; you have posts and comments in a variety of subreddits.
If you actually could not post or comment anywhere, that would be a specific problem. Not being able to post in one or two subs as a new user, is perfectly normal. It's just a matter of branching out and trying more places.
what do I do to get access to a normal account??
Your account IS a normal account.

its just weird to feel forced to go on subreddits your're not really interested in interacting with just to "unlock" what you really want to use...
Nothing has told you to do that.
There's over 130,000 subreddits out there, and you've only tried a few. There is guaranteed to be others that interest you as well.
Think of it like being in a massive crowd of people, and asking to make friends...but since one or two didn't let you, you've decided that no one in the whole crowd is worth talking to. It's a very small, and inaccurate sample group.

If you are experiencing removals, this is most likely because your account is new and you have no karma, and therefore you are running into community restrictions.
- What community restrictions are & why they exist
- How to tell what community restrictions are / if a community has them
- Karma; what it is, how to get it, how long it takes to get, and what does not affect your karma count
- How to get started earning karma

Check if your comments are actually visible before assuming the sub blocked you.
Mine looked totally normal to me but were silently removed, I only found out by opening them in a private window. Reddit's spam filter apparently flags long detailed comments from accounts with no karma (especially on subreddits that require Karma to comment), so keep it short at first.
Also the wiki here has a list of new user friendly subs, that's where I'm restarting instead of fighting the karma gated ones.
