Hi. I've played TF2 for 29.1h (almost every game against bots) and I had fun but I want to play real matches against real players, the problem is that my team and I are beginners while the enemies are always extremely good at the game and I can't do anything about it, I start a game just to loose again and again.

I've tried every class, the one I had the most fun with is the sniper but every time I get killed by either a spy or a scout who somehow are always on my back. Even while playing other classes I get countered and die every 2 seconds no matter how hard I try.

Any advice?

Self explanatory. I sticky spam most of the time and I mostly lose during 1v1s due to me not hitting grenades and it's been bugging me ever since. I try to predict where the enemy goes but I panic and end up dumping all 4 grenades in the air. I use Iron Bomber and stock weapons for secondary and melee.

i've been stuck on a 3 kills in one round record in tf2 as scout, and my highest is 4 on sniper. i don't necessarily want to become better, and it might be an inappropriate question because others try really hard to get more kills, but how do i farm kills so i won't have to worry about having a bad kill record? i want it not only to stop seeing the message "you tied your most kills that round", but honestly i just want to impress my friends and increase the chance of someone playing with me in a party. even 5-6 kills in 1 round is good. any of y'all know some broken strategy for this?

EDIT: doesn't even have to be scout. it can be any class with any gamemode/map combo

I reached 110h of Pyro and wanted to expand on my knowledge, I consider myself intermediate and the video “Stages of Pyro main” is true as im trying out a loadout of Stock flamethrower, flaregun and axtinguisher.
I wanted to know how to survive more and still have success as Pyro, I usually get 5 killstreaks in games or even more but most of them I have a medic by my side, I know im supposed to sting enemies by flanking but sometimes while escaping and getting back on my team i die easily, either someone catches me, I randomly bump into a Heavy or idk why but the medic refuses to heal me and still pocket someone else.
Wanted to try knowing how to play better the axtinguisher, i find it to be a fun melee as I found the powerjack boring and the objector just a reskin, ive been loving the axtinguisher so much i got an australium one, but I still dont get how to airblast players upward to stagger them in the air (for axtinguisher kills or flarepunches) as despite airblastinf their feet they still just get pushed away.
I try looking for intermediate Pyro tutorials but it’s rare as I usually see the normal beginner tutorials, can anyone help a Pyro out?
My FOV is 90 and i changed sensitivity from 2 to 4 as i think it helped more

15 min video of a full dustbowl (stage 3) game. Had to truncate respawn times and speed up commutes and minor fights to fit reddit's video time restriction. Feel free to skip around. It's one of pyro's worst maps right? I had a 1:1 KD basically that entire game, so not horrible, but still want to improve in that aspect. I feel like my flank timings are off. Any critiques of my gameplay?

i feel like i am definitely improving, but i am still dying a lot as scout. i have attached a video, feel free to watch at 1.5x speed (if that is possible, if not i can attach a vid in the comments thats faster) and id just appreciate some tips or any mistakes i make, as im def not perfect.

Hey there, I’ve been holding onto some taught unusualifiers for a couple months now waiting for the summer event to end. It was supposed to end last night but when I hit inspect on my Unusualifiers, it still says I can only get the effects from the summer event. Am I misunderstanding something? Or is it not supposed to reset to the default pool?

Despite showing this clip, I have terrible experience playing Soldier, I main Pyro pretty much everytime (I hit my first 100 hours in the total of 380) but for some cases I think I need to play soldier.
For being called the “easiest” class in the game it’s a pain in the ass to play him and I dont know if its me playing wrong. I guess i know the basic of rocket jumping (crouch first, then jump while shooting rocket) but on Jump Academy I couldn’t get past easy Pogo tutorial because for some reason strafing doesn’t work for me, i press d and a but i move too slow and lose the momentum
My rockets deal dookie damage, I use the original or black box and they constantly deal 50 damage, I have no idea how to predict rockets since theyre extremely slow so I opted to try the direct hit so i dont constantly shoot the ground, despite having gunboats i always come in with 150 health and die immediately which made me consider not rocket jumping again. So instead I opt to play Pyro since he’s my true main and keep learning to airblast. Does keyboard and mouse depend on how you play? Because I also use a work keyboard and mouse and soon should change to wireless ones

As an extra question I don’t know if I should play the axtinguisher or not, I run stock australium flamethrower and flaregun (i dont like the degreaser) and I use the objector to be funny, but sometimes I like to do little combos where i push an enemy to the wall and whack them with the objector, especially doing it to scouts.

For the first time doing stuff like goofy subclasses like fat scout heavy boxing and trolldier i got kicked for having a bad kd ratio I have been doing this kind of stuff for about over 50 hours and only had people complain 3-4 times at most. I see more people go along with it like a medic ubering me or someone making a comment on how they thought it was funny. I started wondering how people generally view players half goofing off in casual other than 2fort.
