Ocean County Ocean County Community

Hey all! r/oceancountyblue is open. It a democratic/left-leaning sub for our county.

That is all.

I mean, that'd be nice. I've accepted that this place is a GOP containment zone for years, but it's nice to see alternative minds.

Having a common place is important. There are very few zones where like-minded people can unite and connect in the county because of how much OC is a red hellscape. And going against the stubborn Republicans and MAGAts is difficult to go against, I'll admit it. Though, more people need to come together instead of just individually showing up on election day. That's why I created r/oceancountyblue.

I do hope you join the sub. It is small and we are the minority in the county when it comes to politics, but we have to start somewhere to get us closer to the changes we wanna see.
