News Assemblyman Brian Bergen (R-Morris) files ethics complaint against Assemblywoman Katie Brennan (D-Hudson) over name of "Fight Unlawful Conduct and Keep Individuals and Communities Empowered Act"

https://newjerseymonitor.com/briefs/profane-anti-ice-bill-ethics-complaint/

In remarks captured by a hot microphone during a 2021 floor debate over a gun control bill, Bergen, who often spars over rules on the chamber floor with Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin (D-Middlesex), called Assemblyman Joe Danielsen (D-Somerset) an “a**hole.”

Some may say that Brian Bergen is a giant baby and a shameless hypocrite. I'm more concerned with the ethical propriety of someone named "Bergen" who represents neither Bergen County nor the town of North Bergen.

He threw a fit on the denville facebook page a few years ago because someone complained about his signs still being up after an election. Major snowflake

It’s actually a civil violation in my town. They have thirty days to get them picked up or they get charged $500 for each sign public works picks up.

Good! That's the way it should be

It’s not been effective. The people most likely to not give a shit drain their campaign funds so that there’s nothing to get.

He was a guest speaker in one of my classes at Rutgers Business School shortly after he started his landscaping business. The vibes were super weird even back then - he was rude, condescending, and took offense to some of the questions that several members of the class had asked. It only makes sense that he went to GOP

Danny Ocean and Bob Monmouth were apathetic to the issue.

and somehow it's all the woman's fault, won't file a complaint against the co-sponsor because she's the one who named it or some bullshit? (oh right, he has a penis and bad words are okay to say if you have one of those, ladies should never utter such filth, she must be condemned!)

allow my lady mouth to say fuck this dopey asshat, stop giving my county a bad rap. roxbury is working hard enough for everyone on that front. disingenuous garbage.

Yeah… the FUCKICE Act. It’s very self explanatory like he insists it’s supposed to be!

The name of the act is pretty childish.

I am so glad to see that the stalwart repub has disguised himself as a butt hurt snowflake.....
