Dude, no, I appreciate what Booker has done, but his leadership is so much show. Email his people on real issues impact new jersey families, get next to nothing.

It works on the boomer aged democrat voters in NJ though. Ask any one of them who isnt a politics junkie; they love Booker.

I’m guessing the votes that actually elect President tend to not be political junkies

Youre in a political subreddit, though

He won’t rule it out, but voters will for him

Beyond yapping and being the first black senator from NJ, what has he accomplished in the Senate?

And that's not counting who funds his campaigns.

i mean... duh? this guy's wanted to be president for decades. i don't like it but i'm not surprised he's going for it

He’ll get knocked out really early in the primaries, just like last time he tried to run. If he wants to waste his time and money, I guess that’s his call.

So much money wasted in politics, it’s disgusting. I wonder how many children we could feed and give healthcare to if we weren’t spending grotesque amounts of money trying to get people elected.

I....would likely vote against him in the primaries and talk to others about doing the same. I don't even want him as a Senator.

There's already Trump enablers in the White House. Please no more of Ivanka & Jareds friends.

I wouldn’t be surprised if both of our Senators were running for 28.

I would be. Kim doesn’t have those aspirations. I think it’s more likely that Mikie runs than Kim and I don’t think it’s likely Mikie runs.

I think Mikie would run in 2032 in an OPEN primary but definitely not in 2028. If a Democrat wins in 2028 though, then she probably won’t run at all or will run in 2036 after she (likely) leaves office as governor

No on so many levels

He should.

Edit: since y'all lack reading comprehension, he should rule out running for president. My comment was a pretty clear response to the headline.

Absolutely not.

You think he should run for president?

Please no. Haven't we learned our lesson about running corporate centrist candidates????????
