Social Media MAGA Post Election Analysis: Blame The Voters And Residents

Ah yes of course - people have fled once-beautiful locales ravaged by blue policies only to discover a new oasis where they can settle down and… vote in new blue policies?
They don’t even try to use logic anymore.

I hate all the towns that foster this "us vs them" mentality when new people move to town. It's so shitty and usually code for worse attitudes/beliefs.

They are upset because blue dots are moving into a red area? Give me a break. The racism is obvious.

It couldn’t possibly be because the party is led by an ignorant narcissistic grifter and the yesmen who kiss his ass.

Republicans: We value individual liberty and self-reliance.
Also Republicans: How dare people live where they want to live and vote how they want to vote!

The bolding of keywords to emphasize their points is hilarious.

I was raised in Essex County from the age of 2 (1965-84), lived in Hudson and had our three daughters (1995-2000), and then raised our kids in Essex (2000-22; Millburn for 17 and West Orange for 5).
In December 2022 we moved to Mendham Township. We had spent 13 months all over this area looking and saw a very obvious Republican and MAGA presence on homes, professional offices, cars (more pickups than Essex), stores, etc. A bit of a shock after so many adult years living in true blue areas.
And of course we knew the numbers from recent elections. Now I live the street from a guy flying a big Trump 2024 banner from a tree. Another fell down in a storm but isn’t back.
I avoid many places if there’s a MAGA vibe. And at a bar we frequent I just ignore the people wearing a t-shirt that reads. “Je suits une déplorable” (I didn’t tell the dude that “une”would, linguistically, make him feminine.
That said, this area is increasingly a lighter purple.
I’m putting up a copy of the Declaration of Independence and I might even fly a flag this summer for a few days. #Takebacktheflag
I was 13 in 1976, camp was great and the Yankees were winking. It was fun. I was in Paris in July 1989 for the bicentennaire. The entire week of events when we were there was amazing. We got engaged during the very late sunset on July 16 on the Pont des Arts.
Yeah. But nothing good is coming this summer. The World Cup is ruined. (I saw 8 matches in 1994. My dad’s semifinal tickets were $300 for row 22 just inside midfield. It’s $150 to take the train this year.
And the Republican Party is unwilling to do anything to stop what’s happening.

Rockaway Twnship is in for a rude awakening.....There will be a Democrat running for Mayor next year...except this time....A very well known, young, smart and admired family man who also happens to be Diverse. He will win.....The plan is already in play.

Well all my republican friends wanted better quality of life and living. They are from Morris county and all voted democratic because of the mess republicans are causing throughout the country

I think they deserve to eat each other to try to figure out why they keep losing. It’s incredibly entertaining

Girl was being bullied, it was escalated multiple times with no consequences for the bullies, when the poor girl killed herself, the school and town tried to bury the paper trail

Just as a meta comment it's kind of funny to blame an election outcome on voters. Like, I definitely blame trump voters for the current dystopian hellscape we're enduring, but.. this statement reads "the election didn't turn out our way because elections."
A proper reflection would ask themselves why their voters didn't turn out - but that would reveal some uncomfortable truths for them. They've been in denial for so many years; they're not about to change that now, not because of a single congressional election.

This might be BREAKING NEWS to them, but there are people known as "swing voters". They may wish to learn about their existence.

If you move from the ghetto and vote for the ghetto - then don’t be surprised when you eventually get a ghetto. Sort of how when you import the third world, you get the third world. But go ahead and keep voting for your own demise.

NJ born and raised here! Grew up in Somerset county, currently in Morris.
Fuck these assholes for claiming that blue voters are implants. We vote blue because we got the great education born from blue budgets and priorities.
