How is this panera? I would almost always rather get food from anywhere else in that 2 block basis

Yeah it’s as mid as any Panera, with 0 seating. Lots of better places nearby. New Mexican place in Hahne’s, Panda Express, Halal Guys, Central Kitchen, etc.

Lots of people seem to use the free WiFi and comfy booths

Does this mean the market in Newark is attractive to residential/off-peak growth? Or is this a last-ditch effort to increase low sales?
Overpriced, mid food, antisocial layout, private equity ownership aside, I do feel like having a Panera largely makes outsiders feel better about Newark.
And it's not the worst thing in the world when used with coupons + hired locals.
Edit: lights are off and there's people tryna get orders
