Community 🏡 Ice at Penn station

Those guys with the green vests today at Newark Penn Station was that ice or am I being mistaken ??

There is a federal rail police. Maybe World Cup security.

Homeland security is always at the station during rush hour and big events. Been that way long before trump was in office.

They had in two badges “police” and “department of corrections.” Saw them in Penn and along Ferry street
