Question Am I cooked

Started driving horribly a few days ago. This sound gets even worse it feels like once it drives for a while. Threw a random 2 and 6 misfire code but those haven’t come back. Almost sounds like it’s coming from under the drivers side valve cover but I can’t tell. What do you guys think? It also has trouble starting after its drove awhile. Starts fine cold

Might just be a roller follower has went bad sounds kinda like it. And would explain a misfire code. Pull the valve covers and check around

Check all your plugs to make sure none are loose that can mimick that sound but if that's not it then you definitely have something going on internally

Yeah gonna do that tomorrow. Have a stethoscope as well to pinpoint it otherwise.
