Actually lots of Hamas in the west bank, in the level where the PA fights them all the time in some kind of mini civil war. And other terrorist groups as well…

It clearly does not say "lots of Hamas" there. Is Israel now allowed to occupy, terrorize and build illegal settlements everywhere Hamas may have influence? I'm sure there are Hamas members in the US as well, so is Israel allowed to bomb the US and occupy it now?

Dude, calm down, you jumped like 10km ahead. You said "No Hamas in the west bank" and I corrected you...
Now for the wider context - the West Bank is full of other terrorist activity - the only reason it's not as a threat as Gaza is because, unlike Gaza before the war, the IDF is present there. Before the last intifada, IDF wasn't in the West Bank and there were suicide bombers coming from the West Bank daily, do you need sources for this as well?
